I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

I was having trouble: new iPhone 15Pro would not sync. Also and issue with navigation. Richard could not have been nicer.....even went inside to tell them how good he was. They are lucky to have him working for them.

This wasn't the vehicle I'd gone to the lot to see... But it was parked 2 vehicles down, and the price was $3000 cheaper!! It even has more bells and whistles than the Toyota I'd initially planned on getting. Awesomeness!!

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

I've read over all the negative reviews and I can say for sure that those experiences were not ours. Trade Guru's staff was great and the cars we bought were just as good. A few minor repairs (battery, tires) over the first 6 months on 2 of them, but that's to be expected with 10 year old cars and I noticed the tires when I purchased them. I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

I've had Santa Fe 2015 for 10 years now. Last week my mom went on a long 4 hour drive trip. There was a big dumb on the ground and she fell on it. The car was flipped 6 times but guess what? I videocalled my mom in an hour and she was fine with just a bruise on her wrist. Imagine keep flipping 6 times and not having a scratch. This car saved my mom's life.

The 2012 used ml350 Bluetec that I purchased is a dream to drive. The small turning radius makes u-turns carefree. The Diesel engine purrs as quietly as a gas engine. It’s the 10th Mercedes that I’ve had, and the 2nd diesel. I plan on driving this car for many more years. It’s an Arizona car, 8 years old,and still like new. 61,000 miles and lots of life left.

The best buying experience. I went to 3 other car dealers to buy a truck. Got nothing but false information from the other dealers. I inquired about a 2017 Nissan Titan and got a call right away from Ellery Paynter in sales. Told hm what I was looking to spend monthly and how much money I wanted to put down. Told him my last 3 experiences with the other dealers. Made a appointment to go to the dealer and look at the Titan. I was in and out of there in 2hrs driving home in a beautiful truck. THIS CAR SAVED MY BRAIN! Was recently T-Boned and a car with lesser safety design would have left me brain injured. The 2010 CVT is the best model year made due to beefier components. Mine rarely used oil, though some will. Almost always broke EPA mileage estimates in highway. Surprisingly capable off road. Superb in snow/rain. Saved Brain and nothing else matters!!!

Lets start by saying we had been looking for just the right vehicle for over 90 days. We had visited many dealerships and found a few that we liked until they started talking about their charges and all there ad on pricing. Then it took a vehicle from value to "xxxx no"....We seen a vehicle at Trade Guru online so we decided to run to Venice and take a look. We were greeted by Brandon , he was very busy at the time and knowledgeable of the location of the vehicle. He directed us to the vehicle and said it was unlocked and feel free to take a look and he would catch up with us as soon as he finnished up. We proceeded to the area he directed. We looked at the vehicle and as we looked around we noticed another vehicle we liked even more. We proceeded back to ask more info on this vehicle. We met Brandon on the way told him we changed our mind on which vehicle we were interested in, He took us into the office and sent a porter after the vehicle and make sure it had fuel. We then hopped in and took it for a ride. The vehicle turned out to be right for us. Now for the big question .....what are the fees ? I ask Please no xxxxxxxx We need honest numbers here we have heard it all. I get it you need to get paid you guys need to keep the lights on here we get it just be straight up. Brandon replied $699 + the tax and do you need a plate or transfer a plate? He was totally straight no hidden xxxxxxxx. We needed to go home and think about it. We slept on it and I text Brandon and said I was contacting the credit union and we wanted the vehicle. He took it off the market and just wanted me to keep him in the loop on when we had everything ready. After the credit union had everything ready I text him and said we would like to sign. He was off that day but would come in so we could close the deal. We met him at the a lotted time and commenced paperwork. On my end someone at the credit union goofed up some paperwork and it took longer than usual to complete this deal mind you it was Brandons day off. He was still extremally friendly and professional. I really don't understand how there are bad reviews about this bossiness. They were upfront with fees not a single hidden fee. The salesman came in on his day off and if anyone says because he wanted his commission, I get that but his commission at that price is not all that high. I think the people that are giving bad reviews are people that will complain about anything. The vehicles at this lot are what they are and the prices are very fair and fees are transparent. If you want a dealer with all the bells and whistles and 50 different banks to lend you money then by all means go for the big fancy dealer. But if you want a no xxxxxxxx experience then visit Brandon or Larry at Trade Guru.

Got my 2015 gla in 2016. Drove it from NJ to DC every week even in the middle of a blizzard.. I feel like it has a more agile power steering. It can fit it anywhere. The ride is smooth and quiet. It’s now 2025, what do you think? I got the mountain grey color. It still shines like new!

Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

Everything had been prepared and the whole process was very smooth! I went there in spite of so many negative reviews, but the reality is far from those reviews. We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.
