I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

This is the third Tahoe I've purchased. My first was an '07 and I loved it. Second was a 15 and I hated it. This one is a 23 and I once again love myTahoe!! I love the new look of the body - that was one thing I never could say I loved about the 15. I was highly concerned about buying a "COVID car" because I had so many issues with the 15 that never should have happened so I couldn't imagine how COVID would affect things. I only have 6,000 mi on it so far but, absolutely no problems and only praises. Love the longer body and the fact that the second row captain's chairs can move. I love these 22-in rims more than any of the other rims that have been available on the Tahoe since 07 when I bought my first one. It does sit taller than the old ones so it takes a little getting used to. I have very long legs but now I have to use the running board when I get in and out but, I definitely like setting up taller in traffic. I know it comes with the territory owning a big four-wheel drive vehicle but, I do hate the gas mileage. I tow a 22 ft open trailer with a car on it and you'd never know it was back there. The Tahoe handles it beautifully

I do not normally do reviews unless service is awesome or very very poor. So anyway if you are looking for a friendly, no pressure and willingness to please this is the dealership to visit. As most may say I can be hard to please as I know exactly what I am looking for what I will compromise on and what I will stand firm with when it comes to purchases especially vehicles. So I had been looking around for the vehicle I wanted (FYI I will be paying cash no financing) locally with no one wanting to work with me on price which I will not give on once I decided how much I want to spend so next I was thinking of going to Shrevport but wanted to visit Jim Taylor first which I am SO HAPPY that I did just that. Here is my experience from beginning to end with the most awsome salesman 'Dante Ferrand, Sr." greeting me upon arrival and listening to me as I told him what I was looking for in my new vehicle. So mind you it is extremely hot with Dante having to work outside to assist me along with my pickiness with the most pleasant attitude as we look at many vehicles then I found the one I wanted but someone was going to call that day to let the dealership know if they were still interested. Now, at first you would think that they should sell to the person there with the money but one of the reasons this place is so great is they actually said by their word literally. Well the next thing I know is that the manager Erik Etzel whom is another awesome staff member found me exactly what I wanted and sold it to me at an awesome price. So instead of dealing locally I will be back at Jim Taylor when I need to purchase another vehicle and referring them to everyone. I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

Vehicle handles well easy to park and maneuver I don’t like the fuel tank capacity very small also I don’t like the fact it has no spare tire unless you purchase it for three hundred plus you offer a air compressor which is great for a slow leak but don’t get a blow out in the boondocks you’ll be screwed. I don’t think a space saver spare will break the bank.

This vehicle handles so great; very easy and comfortable! There is plenty of leg room and passenger room. The dash is easy to navigate and a really fun vehicle to drive. I LOVE it! And, so does my co-pilot, 26 year old son with Down Syndrome -- it met his approval too!

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

We love this car. Drives well. interior has a luxury car feel. my husband and i are both tall and a little heavy and there is plenty of room in both front seats for us. you do need to have light weight, slightly shorter friends for the back seat. the only drawback i can even think of is there is not a ton of room for multiple suitcases if you are picking up another couple at the airport. other than that, this is a great auto. we have had it for 3 years and have not had one single problem with it!!!

I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. I receive a lot of compliments and looks. The sleek and sporty design of the Redline Edition with the black-on-white color is a head-turner! If you take care of your vehicles, they will last. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.

I had a notification pop up on my vehicle stating that my oil level was low. I still showed I had 12% usage left, but called and took truck to dealership due to my husbands health issues and I didn't need my truck out of commission. It was 45 minutes before they closed and the Service Tech got me in and they did an emergency oil change to get me back on the road. I appreciate their help as I can't afford to be without my truck.
