Yeah, it’s a bit of a meme it being so old, having a grueling time to 60 mph, and having gold rims. It’s about the character though, the amount of “car” you get out of it is unbeatable, it’s such a slow car but flooring it and hearing the tiny v6 roar like a v8 never gets old. This truly is a luxury car it’s many features and quirks make it such a love able car, your happy to see it, it’s happy to see you.

I purchased my 2011 Grand Vitara 2.5 years ago. with the exception of it smelling like weed when I bought it from a college student and had to do a thorough cleansing of the interior, it has been a great car. The mileage is around 30 mpg with the 2.4 litre 4 banger but it has surprising power. I wish the tranny had another gear between first and second though. I have pulled a 5'x12' utility trailer with it and am impressed. There is room in the back with the rear seats folded forward to transport cargo. It runs smooth and comfortably.

It's a good car but definitely the catalitic converter is a huge problem...if the engine light is on you need to find an other engine computer to replace it which is very difficult to find and after that the car consumes a lot of fuel which is crazy...finally it is a car level Medium...

I traded in a 2006 Kia Sorento for my 2010 Grand Vitara and I'm sure glad I did. The handling far exceeds the Sorento and is much more reliable it even has a bigger engine while getting about the same gas mileage. I have also owned 4 runners in the past and am generally a truck gal.

296,749 miles and still going. Only thing I have had an issue with is low beam head light.. But that’s just been in the last year . Have replaced it twice . But I will not complain ! It’s a great vehicle and I love it .

I bought my 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara premium used with 109k miles. Did some repairs and maintenance such as replacing all fluids, new starter (didn't really need it), Tuneup, Severe snow storm rated ALL TERRAIN/ALL SEASON tires and even though I only drive 4,500 miles a year...I get an oil/lube with synthetic oil every 3 months religiously. Also added steel Red colored lug nuts that match my maroon paint job perfectly that adds a $20 being that really pops. Car drives like a brand new luxury car. Have been driving it 3 years now and lice it. No problems at all. All features work great. Love steering wheel cruise and steering controls. Stereo has fantastic sound. Feel perfectly safe and although it will happen eventually of course. I have no worries on long trips, that I will not have to concern myself with breakdowns. Great off road. I am 6'5" and there is plenty of legroom and space. Great interior layout. Luxurious interior. And (what my mother would say) the dashboard lights at night are real pretty 😍.

This vehicle is a very smooth ride. It's very slick looking in design. I love the colour as well. There are many accessories internally and externally that you can purchase for this vehicle making it the ultimate convenient all-in-one SUV. It's decent on gas for the size of the vehicle. The sound system is great - very user-friendly interface on the center console. It's reliable, safe and practical especially for those with a young family.

This Suzuku is great for a single person, couple or very small family. The car runs extremely well with regular maintenance and gets great gas mileage. It's easy to maneuver and affordable to take care of. The interior is great for an individual or a couple. Otherwise, adding multiple adults in the back or a carseat makes the car a tight squeeze for anyone.

Searched high and low for a nice vehicle for months. I visited tens of car lots and God just did not see fit for me to purchase from them. Either they jacked the prices up tremendously from what the vehicle was actually worth or when you would start the car, it had several code lights on. I took my time and I found swerve auto. Listen, when I spoke with Zach over the telephone, he was very confident in his vehicles and stood behind them in a way that made me want to come and see for myself. When I arrived to his lot, not only did he have great cars, trucks and SUV’s, but the prices was reasonable asking price to pay cash for. Zach was so nice and professional! All of his vehicles were cleaned up immaculately, I was afraid that I was over budget for the suv that I really wanted. Listen, Zach made a way for me to take my dream car home and listen it’s mine!! He was so passionate about making sure that I was happy, It was unbelievable. My truck was so clean it looked as if no one even ever drove it. Miles were low and again, the price was fair. Tons of options 170000 miles only oil changes, air filter and tires. Cabin filter is a nice touch. Side defrosting mirrors. Great winter vehicle, 4-wheel drive.

I purchase my Grand Vitara in 2006 right off the showroom floor. It has a little over 107,000 miles on it. The only two repairs I’ve had are the fan blower motor a few years ago and the intake hose. Other than that it’s been normal wear items, brakes, tires, wipers. It is the best vehicle I have ever owned! It’s now 17 years old and runs like a charm. I wish they still made them, but it would be hard to part with my Black Beauty!

Sasha is our 2005 Suzuki Grand Vitara, an SUV/Crossover. She supported our son when his car was stolen last year and he needed reliable transportation until his was found or he could get another. Sasha is the greatest - she smoothly switches to 4 wheel drive, the cargo space was a plus while our son moved into his new home, and it comfortably fit all 6 feet 7 inches of him! The battery is only 1 yr. old and there are no mechanical nor electrical issues. Everything works and she's a good lookin' model to boot! We hope to find a new home for such an awesome car!

Purchased 2006 grand Vitara luxury from original owner in 2010, with 93000 .now has 240,000 . Only repairs are a c blower motor and fuel pump, just did a maintenance and replaced all the pcv hoses spark plugs July of 2022. Looking for 240,000 more ,this is my second GV .
