Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

I had a 2012, and unfortunately it rusted out on the bottom. Otherwise, I miss this car so much. It was the best little car. The perfect size. I had the basics. No Sun Roof. Don't need one. I loved the way it handled and it was spacious while staying compact. I am fine with its design and simplicity. It would be amazing if this exact car with AWD (so important) was made available to we consumers in the US as a base model. Also, I might want to rust proof my car and please Suzuki, take care of that issue. I believe rusting out was exclusive to the 2012 model.

Love this car! Would buy it again over and over. Have 257,000 miles on mine and still going. Other than brakes and tires, very minimal repairs. Interior, the back seat had an issue because I put too much weight in the trunk, and it is known to buckle. Exterior is cheap and has just started to rust after 13 years in one corner of one fender. The only major repair I have had was on the rear suspension and because these are no longer made, I couldn't find a new part for it, but it was easy to find one at a junk yard. This is a reliable daily driver for me and I take it everywhere. The only people I wouldn't recommend it for is someone really tall. I had 6"2" driver, and he fit, but not as comfortably as he would have liked.

Instant response to my inquiry from Kristen. Didn't even visit this dealer because they were over priced on a car I wanted by 3 to 6 thousand dollars as compared to other dealers.

I think it's a great running car, however it was listed as having Navigational which it did, but not working. Once again my fault for not checking prior to buying. The car itself seems to run good, great mileage and body

Lots of options in all price ranges . Easy to sit in/test drive cars. Tim was great and no pressure sales. Will recommend and go back. Clean bathroom for customers. Air conditioning inside. Easy to get to off Cook road, the (hwy) 9 or the (hwy) 20. Local & around since the 80's.

I did a Long term test on the Suzuki XL7 it did good not bad for a SUV it .3.6 v6 did good we put 151 532 miles on it andthe Suzuki XL7 did really good in the winter and it did good the summer andi say it did better then the Chevrolet Equinox that did Long term test drive

It came out only for a few years but definitely was ahead of the game. Everything is well balanced.. from the sporty exterior to the bullet proof 2.4L engine. Also comes with AWD that can be turned to FWD with the push of a button. Sharp steering, good handling, good breaking and fun to drive. Turn on AWD with manual mode (paddle shifters) and you will enjoy your weekend commute.

I've put about 4K miles on my car so far. I have a mechanic family member who loves this brand so I decided to give it a try. The AWD and affordable price were some appealing hooks for me as well. Wanted an Audi but didn't want the Audi price tag and maintenance costs --been there done that! To be honest though, it was when I sat inside it's ultra comfortable interior and hear the roar of the motor that I made my final decision to purchase this vehicle! Later I learned it had really good crash ratings due Suzuki adding extra metal into the vehicle and extra air bags. It also has really good brakes and handling according to Suzuki tests (I can't disagree so far). When it came out, I'm sure it was one of the absolute best vehicles out dollar for dollar, especially with AWD.

Ben Morning is a wonderful salesman! I came out to spitzer's to look at a GMC that I had seen online, and it was sold! My eye caught a beautiful, white SUV sitting there and I asked Ben if it was sold and he said no! I took it for a test drive and when I returned, he said that I was the first one to test drive it and that it hasn't even been through service yet! I told him I wanted it! This is a very spacious car, it and fits a lot more than expected. Rides smooth in city or highway, and has great gas mileage.

This car will get you to point A to point B every time, just might not get you there in style. You could change the oil with fruit punch and fill the gas tank up with gummy bears and this bad boy will start up 99% of the time. It was my first car and to this day 4 cars later it’s been the most reliable car I’ve ever owned.

I've enjoyed the "Super Red" 05 S Reno I purchased a year and a half ago. I love the solid 30 mpg I get and recently took a 450 mile round trip getting 33 mpg; And all on the unique, for a small car, 14 gallon gas tank! The only slight problem I had with the mushy side to side stiring from high mileage tires, I fixed by getting performance tires and wheels. I agree with the professional reviewers for the most part, but when you think this is their first car in that model, and they came through with an all-around good car, at a great price; I say way to go Suzuki!! Bought my Suzuki kiashi used with 150,000 miles on it in 2023. Some issues that needed repair? Heck yeah! It needed new rear shocks and struts. Had that done and absolutely nothing else wrong with it. Is it a sports car? Heck no. It's a beautiful, sensible road car. Good economy, good looks, great, and I really mean great, interior. Comfortable for my 6'1" frame and features (auto wipers, auto dimming rear view mirror, memory driver seat settings, auto and duel ac/heat settings and the Fosgate sound system) make it a true pleasure to drive. I've driven a BMW and the Suzuki Kiashi is so close to that experience I can't truly tell the difference. About the only real complaint I have is the exterior paint. Mine is metallic blue and it has an issue with the clear coat beginning to deteriorate. But after all it is an 11 year old car. Believe me I will keep and care for this car and a paint job isn't that big an issue. Would I buy another Kaishi? Without a seconds hesitation. It's a great used car and I'm just sorry Suzuki stopped importing them to the U. S.

It's great on getting up and out , very fast , faster then a cop car, I know cause my wife out ran a cop car in it..FACTS..anyways it rides very good and it do great in a cute at a high.rate of speed I I promise you that..just be able to handle it..I think they should make more of them..

I’ve had my Suzuki Kizashi for almost a year and it’s been such a pleasure! Very good on gas and extremely efficient on the roads. Definitely recommend for a first car!

Love this car! Just turned 50K miles. Probably can get another 200K out of this car! The only complaint is there is a creaking noise in the front when you first start up the car and go. It fades away afterwards. I brought it into the dealer where purchased and they cant find anythng. This is the only bad thing not having a true Suzuki dealership left!

I had arrived exactly at 1100 AM and he was looking out for me… We exchanged greetings and we walked by where the car that I had come to see… Examined and sat in car and went over the features. Had a good vibe talking with him.. Nice demeanor and positive attitude on letting me voice some of my questions about the car…. Bought the car ('12 SLS) at 73k, a deer took it out at 203k. Over 130,000 miles I've had to replace brake pads, tires and the two rear shocks. Oh, and once in a while I remembered to change the oil; it often went 10,000 mile intervals but with good oil and filters. That's it. It's been an extremely reliable car. With the AWD and dedicated snow tires it handles driving in the snow better than any other car I've had. For a few years I commuted about 950 miles a week. The heated leather seats are quite comfortable. In snow storms I could literally comfortably drive 60 mph when most everyone one else was at 25-30; only had to slow when approaching other traffic. I averaged 26-27 MPG winter, 31-32 summer. CVT tranny makes it a dog off the line, but has adequate acceleration once reaching 20 mph; this is the car's one bad point. If I still lived in Chicago (which I did for 28 yrs), the off the line performance might be a deal killer as it could make pulling out into traffic a concern. Here in central WI, it is far easier to accommodate this trait. I enjoy the convenience of the rain sensing wipers although it would be nice if they could be adjusted a little slower. Am currently driving an '05 Acura RL and am seriously considering trading it for another Kizashi. The RL does have far better acceleration (300 HP), but averages about 5-6 worse MPG which limits the amount of time you wish to use the better power.

Yeah, it’s a bit of a meme it being so old, having a grueling time to 60 mph, and having gold rims. It’s about the character though, the amount of “car” you get out of it is unbeatable, it’s such a slow car but flooring it and hearing the tiny v6 roar like a v8 never gets old. This truly is a luxury car it’s many features and quirks make it such a love able car, your happy to see it, it’s happy to see you.

This is really a Nissan Frontier at a chaeper price and with better emmenities and exterior styling. Gas mileage is that of a truck. Has get pickup and rides well for having the off road package(AMZ). Most expert reviews did not do it justice. Don't base your decision on them, drive it for your self then decide. Great dollar value.
