I did a Long term test on the Suzuki XL7 it did good not bad for a SUV it .3.6 v6 did good we put 151 532 miles on it andthe Suzuki XL7 did really good in the winter and it did good the summer andi say it did better then the Chevrolet Equinox that did Long term test drive

after being burnt by Audi i wasnt looking for another expensive classy luxury car id drive that q5 500 miles and it would start breaking down finally i got sick of being stranded and gave it away at 100k miles it needs about 7000 in work easily ! a suzuki was the last car on my mind but after driving it i was hooked the suzuki i bought was in an accident with a deer so the guy wanted it gone his insurance totaled it because the deer damaged the hood the front bumper and a headlight assembled all of which are easily replaced by anyone with mechanical aptitude! the insurance company loss my gain this suzuki has already been a million times better than my audi q5 not stylish or classy but runs circles around my audi in dependability and fuel milage ! a car isnt much good if its always breaking down suzuki is no longer in america because they ran forever and dont break down ! my only regret is that i didn't purchase 3 of them for the price of one audi and im sure there are many like myself whom wish they had shown more support for suzuki !

This car will get you to point A to point B every time, just might not get you there in style. You could change the oil with fruit punch and fill the gas tank up with gummy bears and this bad boy will start up 99% of the time. It was my first car and to this day 4 cars later it’s been the most reliable car I’ve ever owned.

Yeah, it’s a bit of a meme it being so old, having a grueling time to 60 mph, and having gold rims. It’s about the character though, the amount of “car” you get out of it is unbeatable, it’s such a slow car but flooring it and hearing the tiny v6 roar like a v8 never gets old. This truly is a luxury car it’s many features and quirks make it such a love able car, your happy to see it, it’s happy to see you.

Had good experience there and would buy again because they give you a 3 month warranty on there cars.

So far my Aerio is very good! Bought it used from a Cadillac dealership as a trade in. It has the 5 spd., so it?s nice and peppy! The interior is not great as far as looks, but it?s plenty roomy for over 6ft. people. My only complaint is that when it?s windy out, prepare for a fight! The Aerio dances in the wind like a drunk at a party, it?s all over the place! Great little commuter, but don?t expect to turn heads or get any compliments.

I was lucky enough to be given a brand new 2004 Suzuki Aerio SX. It only had 9 miles on the speedometer? For the first 5 years I drove it back and forth to work. I could fill the tank up on Sunday night and it would last until Saturday morning. The model has a great sound system with 6 CD changer. I am 6'1" and there was plenty of leg room to spare. After the first 5 years I got into a hobby that had me traveling around the Southeast US quite a bit. Excellent highway miles. At about 8 years old things started to need to be replaced (Which I understand). The only down side to it is that the parts are very expensive to replace and hard to find. Don't expect anyone to have the part on hand. It will almost always need to be ordered. I got stranded in Savannah, GA when something went wrong with the passenger side wheel well. It took three days to get the part in and then an extra day to replace the part because the Suzuki uses a special tool that only one mechanic had and he had been on vacation.

Bought a chrysler sebring with 20,000 miles on it 7 years ago (now 65,000) Routine maintenance. Never an issue. Still running great. Best deal I ever made in my 50 years of buying and driving.

Love this car! Would buy it again over and over. Have 257,000 miles on mine and still going. Other than brakes and tires, very minimal repairs. Interior, the back seat had an issue because I put too much weight in the trunk, and it is known to buckle. Exterior is cheap and has just started to rust after 13 years in one corner of one fender. The only major repair I have had was on the rear suspension and because these are no longer made, I couldn't find a new part for it, but it was easy to find one at a junk yard. This is a reliable daily driver for me and I take it everywhere. The only people I wouldn't recommend it for is someone really tall. I had 6"2" driver, and he fit, but not as comfortably as he would have liked.

This is the best car I have ever owned. Very reliable and easy to repair. Mechanics will alsways take advantage because there are no many Suzuki around. I had a 2012, and unfortunately it rusted out on the bottom. Otherwise, I miss this car so much. It was the best little car. The perfect size. I had the basics. No Sun Roof. Don't need one. I loved the way it handled and it was spacious while staying compact. I am fine with its design and simplicity. It would be amazing if this exact car with AWD (so important) was made available to we consumers in the US as a base model. Also, I might want to rust proof my car and please Suzuki, take care of that issue. I believe rusting out was exclusive to the 2012 model.

I bought the car new & now have 45,000 miles on it. Dealership has been excellent. Handled a recall with no problem. Only in for oil changes & replaced engine belt. Heat in the Desert is murder on belts & batteries. Now on 2nd battery. Freeway driving is better than expected. Hugs the road quite well at 70-80. Tires were a special order last year. MPG 22-25 in town & 25-29 freeway. Has been very reliable. When I need quick power, that has been the only weak spot, so I drive accordingly. Would not have a sun roof again; too noisy and too hot when it's hot & too cold when it's cold. Love the power mirrors and windows. AC could be a little stronger but overall best $15,500 I've spent in a long time.

It's a good car but definitely the catalitic converter is a huge problem...if the engine light is on you need to find an other engine computer to replace it which is very difficult to find and after that the car consumes a lot of fuel which is crazy...finally it is a car level Medium...
