Lots of options in all price ranges . Easy to sit in/test drive cars. Tim was great and no pressure sales. Will recommend and go back. Clean bathroom for customers. Air conditioning inside. Easy to get to off Cook road, the (hwy) 9 or the (hwy) 20. Local & around since the 80's.

I think it's a great running car, however it was listed as having Navigational which it did, but not working. Once again my fault for not checking prior to buying. The car itself seems to run good, great mileage and body

I've put about 4K miles on my car so far. I have a mechanic family member who loves this brand so I decided to give it a try. The AWD and affordable price were some appealing hooks for me as well. Wanted an Audi but didn't want the Audi price tag and maintenance costs --been there done that! To be honest though, it was when I sat inside it's ultra comfortable interior and hear the roar of the motor that I made my final decision to purchase this vehicle! Later I learned it had really good crash ratings due Suzuki adding extra metal into the vehicle and extra air bags. It also has really good brakes and handling according to Suzuki tests (I can't disagree so far). When it came out, I'm sure it was one of the absolute best vehicles out dollar for dollar, especially with AWD.

It came out only for a few years but definitely was ahead of the game. Everything is well balanced.. from the sporty exterior to the bullet proof 2.4L engine. Also comes with AWD that can be turned to FWD with the push of a button. Sharp steering, good handling, good breaking and fun to drive. Turn on AWD with manual mode (paddle shifters) and you will enjoy your weekend commute.

Had an Appointment with Josh C. @1100.. I had arrived exactly at 1100 AM and he was looking out for me… We exchanged greetings and we walked by where the car that I had come to see… Examined and sat in car and went over the features. Had a good vibe talking with him.. Nice demeanor and positive attitude on letting me voice some of my questions about the car…. Bought my Suzuki kiashi used with 150,000 miles on it in 2023. Some issues that needed repair? Heck yeah! It needed new rear shocks and struts. Had that done and absolutely nothing else wrong with it. Is it a sports car? Heck no. It's a beautiful, sensible road car. Good economy, good looks, great, and I really mean great, interior. Comfortable for my 6'1" frame and features (auto wipers, auto dimming rear view mirror, memory driver seat settings, auto and duel ac/heat settings and the Fosgate sound system) make it a true pleasure to drive. I've driven a BMW and the Suzuki Kiashi is so close to that experience I can't truly tell the difference. About the only real complaint I have is the exterior paint. Mine is metallic blue and it has an issue with the clear coat beginning to deteriorate. But after all it is an 11 year old car. Believe me I will keep and care for this car and a paint job isn't that big an issue. Would I buy another Kaishi? Without a seconds hesitation. It's a great used car and I'm just sorry Suzuki stopped importing them to the U. S.

This is a very spacious car, it and fits a lot more than expected. Rides smooth in city or highway, and has great gas mileage.

Good car, simple, robust, easy to work on. Have had about 1 or two motor swaps though and a couple of clutches. Otherwise good car nothing special.

It's great on getting up and out , very fast , faster then a cop car, I know cause my wife out ran a cop car in it..FACTS..anyways it rides very good and it do great in a cute at a high.rate of speed I I promise you that..just be able to handle it..I think they should make more of them..

Jack was so great to work with when buying a car for my college kid. My son was very nervous going into this and then when he met Jack and then later his daughter, my son felt very comfortable with the experience. I was surprised when I bought the suzuki sx4 you do not feel like it working hard to stay with hyway speed it goes like it has a bigger motor i think it is a great car I wish they still bought it in to the USA cause they are so great I like it so much and I will miss it cause they do not have dealers anymore in the US.

Seeing one of these auto's is as elusive as seeing a Quattro being towed out of snow. All 4 model years were released ( approximately only 20 thousand from those years are here in the states) before I saw one. From a distance it appears to look like a VW Golf GTI in the grille area with contour lines and a front lower fascia of an Audi. From the side it had a side skirt of a VW Scirocco. I thought at first it was a new Volkswagen model. Then as it passed I saw the beautiful sculptured rear end and Suzuki badging? What had happened was VW was in talks with Suzuki early in 2009 and latter purchased stake in Suzuki that same year. Inside and out you can see the touches of VW, Audi and Suzuki. Fine quality of parts, fit and finish along with craftsmanship. They however were unfortunate in their release (recession of economy at the time) and lack of advertising. Love this car! Just turned 50K miles. Probably can get another 200K out of this car! The only complaint is there is a creaking noise in the front when you first start up the car and go. It fades away afterwards. I brought it into the dealer where purchased and they cant find anythng. This is the only bad thing not having a true Suzuki dealership left!

I had no idea how stressful moving could be until I attempted it on my own. Thankfully, these movers saved the day. They arrived promptly, packed everything quickly, and ensured that nothing was damaged during the move. I really appreciated their attention to detail, especially with fragile items. The whole process was a lot less stressful with their help. I will definitely be using them again if I ever move!

I HAD 198325 MILES ON MY CAR AND THE TENTIONER BROKE ON MY TIMMING CHAIN,FELL INTO MY CAM GEARS AND BROKE THE TEETH OFF. SUZUKI FIXED IT AND IT DIDN'T COST ME A PENNY!!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO MAKE EXCUSES ON HOW TO GET OUT OF THE REPAIR. i WILL BE BUYING ANOTHER SUZUKI!!!

All in all a very good experience. They had the vehicle that I wanted at a good price and they took my trade for a couple hundred less than my dream price. I worked with Terry and it really was quite painless and quick. I am from Ohio and there was a mess up with some paperwork needed but that was straightened out with a few phone calls.

Bought the car ('12 SLS) at 73k, a deer took it out at 203k. Over 130,000 miles I've had to replace brake pads, tires and the two rear shocks. Oh, and once in a while I remembered to change the oil; it often went 10,000 mile intervals but with good oil and filters. That's it. It's been an extremely reliable car. With the AWD and dedicated snow tires it handles driving in the snow better than any other car I've had. For a few years I commuted about 950 miles a week. The heated leather seats are quite comfortable. In snow storms I could literally comfortably drive 60 mph when most everyone one else was at 25-30; only had to slow when approaching other traffic. I averaged 26-27 MPG winter, 31-32 summer. CVT tranny makes it a dog off the line, but has adequate acceleration once reaching 20 mph; this is the car's one bad point. If I still lived in Chicago (which I did for 28 yrs), the off the line performance might be a deal killer as it could make pulling out into traffic a concern. Here in central WI, it is far easier to accommodate this trait. I enjoy the convenience of the rain sensing wipers although it would be nice if they could be adjusted a little slower. Am currently driving an '05 Acura RL and am seriously considering trading it for another Kizashi. The RL does have far better acceleration (300 HP), but averages about 5-6 worse MPG which limits the amount of time you wish to use the better power.

Surprised! They have a bunch of affordable inventory. Seemed like every car had new tires and brakes. Really honest guys. I'll be back again!

after being burnt by Audi i wasnt looking for another expensive classy luxury car id drive that q5 500 miles and it would start breaking down finally i got sick of being stranded and gave it away at 100k miles it needs about 7000 in work easily ! a suzuki was the last car on my mind but after driving it i was hooked the suzuki i bought was in an accident with a deer so the guy wanted it gone his insurance totaled it because the deer damaged the hood the front bumper and a headlight assembled all of which are easily replaced by anyone with mechanical aptitude! the insurance company loss my gain this suzuki has already been a million times better than my audi q5 not stylish or classy but runs circles around my audi in dependability and fuel milage ! a car isnt much good if its always breaking down suzuki is no longer in america because they ran forever and dont break down ! my only regret is that i didn't purchase 3 of them for the price of one audi and im sure there are many like myself whom wish they had shown more support for suzuki !

I've been driving for over 48 years, I've owned numerous vehicles, both domestic and Import. I have over 171,000 miles on mine and other than routine things, I've had ZERO issues with my Kizashi! I will complain about having to remove the front bumper cover just to change a low beam headlamp, but they all do that now days, and, the Bankruptcy 2 months after my purchase left a bit if a bad taste...but HEY...it's a great little car!!

I need to let everyone know the owner of this dealership is one of the most honest and kind people I have ever met, and as far as dealers go, I have never met any like him. Fair pricing, and great service. This dealer will always be my first stop in the future.

It is a blast to drive! Mine has the manual transmission and it is very fun, although I hear the automatic stinks. Wish the MPG was better, only has 42K on it. I would not recommend it for someone who doesn’t work on cars, maintenance is very frequent.

I love my 2012 Kizashi SLS. It is the best kept secret out there. Every Kizashi owner (and there aren't many unfortunately) I've ever met loves their car. I highly recommend. 4 stars on performance only because I'd like a little more horsepower. The handling and pickup even are superior.

Alright, I was not expecting to fall in love with this Suzuki. My beauty isn’t much when it comes to looks, but she’s fast as I need her to be, handles the ice well even though I only have front wheel drive, and has never given me any issues that weren’t considered routine maintenance. She’s taken me on some of my most meaningful journeys in life and I’m excited to experience the world in this vehicle. I’ve never seen a front-wheel two-wheel drive sedan make it so well off-roasting. She’s inconspicuous enough to get me around places without getting shot or pulled over n fast enough to get me out of places darn quick.
