I did a Long term test on the Suzuki XL7 it did good not bad for a SUV it .3.6 v6 did good we put 151 532 miles on it andthe Suzuki XL7 did really good in the winter and it did good the summer andi say it did better then the Chevrolet Equinox that did Long term test drive

Bought my 2004 Suzuki XL-7 in 2014 with 91000 kms on it, now it has 169000 kms. Used it most for driving to work a 30 Km trip one way. Truck has been great, all I have done to it is replace shock absorbers on the back, the rest has been regular maintenance. I am looking to replace it but am very leary of buying another vehicle as they all seem to have big dollar problems. For a 16 year old vehicle my Zuk outshines all the trucks I have been looking at, I wish they still made them.

This Small Compact SUV is perfect. It may be used but I find it excellent. It seats 5 people and fits all of my family and all the things. I would recommend this car to anyone.

I think this is an excellent little SUV that is sporty and handles well in the city and they countsy. I live in Madison Wi and this car has been awesome. Does great in the snow and I used it for a while as a delivery driver and I gotta say, I'd drive this over my Audi 90 Quattro that I hade. It has great handling and you could easily have fun with a tank of gas and putting on some miles. Sports car like handling with SUV capabilities, this is the best mix in a car out of the 28 vehicles I have had, and by far the most reliable and dependable.

Overlooked and under estimated is Suzuki's line of small SUV's, specifically the Sidekick and Vitara Models. These 'rigs' definitely suffered in styling and interior room but, underneath all that is probably one of the greatest small SUVs you can buy! It has a rigid body-on-frame design and real 4WD system with low range. No flimsy uni-bodies here! Add that all up with it's light weight, small foot print, fuel efficient motor and you have a very fun and capable SUV that is simply in a class of its own. There is also no need to sacrifice a bit of luxury... Mine has the JLX package which includes power windows, locks and mirrors, A/C, Cruise control, Tilt wheel, rear wiper/defrost, 4 speed automatic transmission w/ overdrive and it all works! One more great tid bit about the Vitara/Sidekick is they can tow as well as be towed! Even with an auto, just pop the t-case in neutral and you are ready to roll! You simply can't get a more rounded vehicle for the money.

They have a very nice Explorer SportTrac Adrenaline that I like very much. I contacted them on what engine it had, V-6 or V-8 and they responded promptly. They seem to specialize in nice 20 year old cars with very low mileage. Check out their inventory.

I have owned my 2001 Suzuki Vitara JLX convertible for over 10 years with NO problems. This has probably been the best vehicle I have ever owned. Dollar for dollar I don't think you can find a better valued 4x4. And it is a REAL 4x4 with high and low gearing. Not a car wanna be like the CRV's and Rav4's which are built on civic or corrolla frames. The Zook is built on a truck framed which is boxed and can take some real punishment. I have taken my vehicle off road in the P.A woods and on the east coast beaches of N.Y. with no problems. I have kept up with jeeps and gotten into places the big SUV's would not dare. It doesn't have the ground clearance of the Jeeps or the power, but I have never been stuck and have passed many AWD vehicles in the harsh winter snows of the east coast. It is not the most comfortable vehicle, but it has all the creature comforts I need. If you like luxury, then this is not the car for you, but if you want an honest reliable vehicle, you can't go wrong the the mighty ZOOK.

I purchased a '11 DTS from them and they were very great to work with. Let me take the car for a drive by myself so there was no pressure and I could look it over as much as I wanted. I bought my 2009 Suzuki XL7 in 2013 used it was a lease turn in with 42k miles on it. It had one minor problem wrong with it which it was my mistake for not checking after I bought it which was the rear wiper motor not working , I reported the problem to the dealership I purchased the vehicle from and they offered to fix it free of charge but due to the fact I bought the vehicle three states away I told them I would pay to get it fix, I was hoping the dealership would reimburse me for the cost but they said no. I drove my vehicle everywhere from Tennessee, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Illinois's, Minnesota, and even North and South Dakota. I financed my vehicle and paid it off three years afterwards. It's the most comfortable vehicle I've owned and rides smooth on the road. I own Suzuki's luxury model so it's loaded with every option possible. I would recommend the vehicle those who have problems probably should have taken the vehicle to their personal mechanic, mine came with me when I drove to purchase the SUV.

I traded in a 2006 Kia Sorento for my 2010 Grand Vitara and I'm sure glad I did. The handling far exceeds the Sorento and is much more reliable it even has a bigger engine while getting about the same gas mileage. I have also owned 4 runners in the past and am generally a truck gal.

Excellent make. There is no body-on-frame SUVs of the same class and capabilities nowadays. If Suzuki only improve front look to more aggressive, add modern interior stuff and differential locks it would become a bestseller.

It's a good car but definitely the catalitic converter is a huge problem...if the engine light is on you need to find an other engine computer to replace it which is very difficult to find and after that the car consumes a lot of fuel which is crazy...finally it is a car level Medium...

I just purchased a 2003 Mercedes SL 500 from Jordan. He was very honest and straightfoward and there was no haggling on price. I really like the "Hill Descent Control" feature. That has been a lifesaver as I had to drive almost 70 miles just one way to work for 4 of the 6 years that I have owned the car. Winter driving can be a challenge at times in PA. The Suzuki Grand Vitara has been comfortable for me and dependable until I got around 135,000 miles and some throttle control sensors went bad under the hood. Great on snow covered & icy roads thanks to 4-wheel drive. The only part I don't like are the headlights. The low beams seem to be only the running lights; the big headlights do not come on in low beam. So unless you run the high beams all the time at night; visibility is not so good. I have had the bulbs replaced numerous times; but this does not correct the problem. Other than that it has been good.

We were offered to bring the car to our mechanic to check it out and since it was kind of late, they put the car on hold for us to do it the following day, which we did. We bought the car, they gave us a new battery and a full tank. They took our old car as a trade in y they help us we financing and paperwork. Very nice people too. Very happy customer

This Suzuku is great for a single person, couple or very small family. The car runs extremely well with regular maintenance and gets great gas mileage. It's easy to maneuver and affordable to take care of. The interior is great for an individual or a couple. Otherwise, adding multiple adults in the back or a carseat makes the car a tight squeeze for anyone.

I actually had purchased the vehicle a few years ago not knowing much about Suzuki. But ended up having the vehicle for over 5 years. I then gifted it to a friend upon my moving out of state. I must say this was one of the most comfortable vehicles I have ever owned as well as reliable. The original reason I purchased it was because I used to own a Geo Tracker (before Chevy bought and branded them). It had a Mitsubishi engine so I went looking for its Big Brother which turned out to be the Suzuki with the same type of engine. Mitsubishi engines are rated at three to four hundred thousand miles, so I knew that if I got this vehicle it would last forever. And it did! I beat the heck out of this car, put over 200,000 miles on it and it is still in good enough condition to be gifted. It's still running two years later, perfectly fine. It is just a shame that Suzuki stopped selling their vehicles in the states. Perhaps the reason they couldn't sell any more of their vehicles is because they were built too well... We may never know. ?
