He is knowledgeable about the vehicles at the dealership. He helped me find the car I wanted and then told me that it was damaged on the transport and took pictures for me. He said it was in the process of being repaired but did not know how long it would take. I told him that I wanted the truck and to put my name on it. He went above and beyond to get the truck repaired quickly. It took a week and then he called me and told me that I could now purchase the truck. I had several things added to the vehicle that took an additional week. During the whole process he kept me informed and up to date on what was being done. Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

My 2nd Rogue. Plenty of room for 4. Little crowded for 5. Storage area good. Gas mileage was selling point for me. Warning. If you decide to pass slower traffic….hold on!! Has plenty of “get up and go”!! I love it.

Very stylish looking, roomy and comfortable vehical with nice sophisticated interior.Its very good on gas.Don’t get fooled with the 3 cylinder it’s generates 200 hp and 225 torque, one of the best in class. Try high octane gas makes more fun to drive and get you more mileage. CVT plus is very smooth and reliable. These are quality vehical built in Japan. Hope this helps.

This was by far the best experience buying a new car at a dealership! This was my 3rd Pilot (love them) and Corey and Jesse made the process stress free and so easy. The entire deal was made via the internet/emails and Honda of Lake Jackson beat all the local dealers price by a significant margin. Fantastic car. The adapt cruise and other safety features are incredible. The car is so safe its hard to notice all of the other features.
