Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

I really love this car. It looks great, is very fast, and is all-around fun to drive. The one-pedal braking is the best feature, IMO. Would purchase again.

Got the 2023 standards model 3 and it far exceeds any other car, especially ICE. Every single car I will own from here on out will be a Tesla. The other ev brands can't compete. Will also get the Rivian R1S, that is the only other brand I would consider. Don't buy an EV from a company that also makes gas cars unless you like throwing away $.

I have bad credit.. and was turned down from alot of different dealers Marino, Hawk,Naperville and Shermans.. all said No.. but Carmax have me thre car I wanted wth super low miles.. I own a 2022 Tesla Model 3 RWD. It has LFP batteries and I can charge it to 100%. It's degraded about 3% after 15 months, so not too bad on the battery. It's been great, with no problems that were Tesla's fault. A truly great car and highly recommended!

It’s so much better than expected and my expectations were high. There are so many lies out there about Tesla’s but they are easy to drive and easy to own, and more affordable than most think. I’ve had a few minor issues but Tesla took care of them quickly. I’ll never go back.

Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. We actually traveled four hours to this Chicago used car dealership that listed a lot of used model X's, drove a couple, then found out that they will personally inspect a car and give us a high-quality video walk around and deliver to us for $350 [chicago to 49417]. Nader was very helpful and patient. So we went home and kept checking online until that dealership listed the car with all the options we wanted, then got videos via txt, called back and asked some basic questions, then bought and had it delivered. They also helped us navigate the intricacies of an interstate purchase. We also learned that model X's move quickly, Driven Auto dozens of cars per week if not more, so when you see it you better pull the trigger quickly

Tony was excellent to work through all our questions. When we arrived we had a specific car in mind that we wanted to do a test drive. Unfortunately the car sold in the morning. Tony discussed other options and we ended up purchasing a Murano though that was a different choice from what we were first was considering. We did 3 test drives on different styles of cars and Tony was very knowledgeable on the specifics on each car. He eventually presented different purchase options and we came to a reasonable agreement on a good purchase price.
