House Of Imports team was exceptional in getting my latest (5th Mercedes!) Mercedes.. Starting with Stephen Rodriguez to Sal to Paul Jovel who competed the process. Paul Jovel (a fleet manager) helped a great deal in ordering the custom spec 2025 G63, keeping me up to date on status of build and shipment throughout the 4 months Paul coordinated with management and helped making a deal with the Manager- Sal when the car arrived. After living in a city and not owning a car for 10 years, this has been a pretty amazing car since my first ‘99 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I bought my 2018 Tesla S 75D used in April 2021 for $52k with about 35k miles on it. I saw similar models go for as high as 65k when used car prices went berzerk shortly after and now down to the 30s… But what I love about my car, that is a unique option for 2018, is having both the retractable sunroof and FSD capability. 2018, if my memory is correct, it is the last year a sunroof was available and the first year that the car had the hardware to handle FSD level software. And speaking of FSD, I do think calling it “Full Self Driving” is not really an appropriate description, it still gets a lot closer to autonomous than any other car brand out there currently (Jan 2024), and I don’t think it gets the credit it deserves. I can’t/shouldn’t lose focus of the road, but it does make longer drives a breeze. I don’t trust it completely and sometimes I intervene at times, but for the most part it takes a lot less mental energy out of driving and makes it that much more enjoyable. It’s as close to being a passenger while driving as I’ve gotten. As far as cons, I don’t have the long range battery and I live in the NYC area so when it is cold out especially, I might only get 3/4 of the estimated miles in actual miles. Fortunately it is garage kept at an apt building and probably doesn’t get below 50 degrees in there, and I lay $40/mo fixed to use the shared EV chargers in the building. There’s only few times I’m going on long enough drives to need to charge as long as I remember to charge it fully before going…. But looking back, I do think the longer range option would have been worthwhile. Some other highlights/things I like: - Premium sound option is great, has a small sub on the trunk and high quality mid/high end with a good EQ, so you tweak it to your liking and the quality will hold up all the way to level 11 (a Spinal Tap reference and one of many, many “easter eggs”). - This year was before the yolk steering wheel and pop out screen.. The screen in this year is gigantic, and the brightness adjustments and dark mode option make it less distracting than it sounds. - It’s FAST. I don’t have the ludacrous mode option but it’s still 0-60 in 4.2, and is oh so smooth and quiet on its way up. It also has a lot of “jerk” when you’re wanting to go from 40-60 or something like that too. (Fun math nerd fact- Jerk is the 2nd derivative of velocity and first derivative of acceleration. It’s how quickly acceleration accelerates.) - It’s a big car. The passenger space feels more like a 7 series BMW than a 5 series. And since it’s a hatchback style, it can haul a lot of stuff and some larger items more easily when you fold down the back row. Overall, I think it’s the best sedan on the market, and until another brand matches or surpasses Tesla’s “autopilot” capabilities, I’ll hold onto mine for as long as I can.

My husband has been badgering me about getting a new car to replace my 17-year Prius and we casually discussed acquiring a Tesla. He found CBT on Cars.com and sent me several options to look at. I was more concerned with the ratings of the dealership than the car as I work in customer service and know red flags when I see them. This site has absolutely terrible reviews for CBT and I was extremely apprehensive about even driving an hour in the rain to visit the dealership. All things said, we went anyway (the husband wouldn't give it a rest) and I have never had a car buying experience as easy and pleasant as this one (don't tell him I said that lol). He made an appointment with Norman who literally had the car we were interested in pulled up to the front of the dealership before we arrived. When we arrived Norman was with another customer and asked Angel to help us (I hope she bought a car!). Angel was very nice, gave it to us straight, and was very accommodating. We saw one car, test drove it, and we were ready. Angel sent us to Frank to discuss funding and that too was seamless, quick, and just an overall pleasant experience. Frank was super friendly and chitchatted with us and even threw in a charger for our Model Y. He gave us examples of how he, his friends, and family all love their Teslas. Just a genuinely nice guy. I know this business you have to put up a facade to get sales, but you could tell this guy was kindhearted and loves what he does. We did not want the $3k rims/tires that were on the car so they switched them out and Frank told Angel to be sure he got us good tires. From there we finalized everything with Sean. The former ball player who was super easy going and told me us about Tesla insurance and connected us on the app. The process was fantastic and everyone we dealt with provided us top notch customer service. It's only been a few days but we are very happy with our purchase and car buying experience.

Excellent car for commute. Too expensive new. Should work out in the long run. Very fast and very comfy. Ergonomic and different than all my other cars.

I have owned 14 cars and this is the best car I have ever owned by far, my commute is 104 miles per day and it's saving me a ton of cash. My Model S P85 is a 2013 on it's original battery. I would not hesitate to buy another one. We are saving up now for my wife's new EV

I want to drive it all the time. The technology is impressive. The features of the whole car are hands down the most up to date in any vehicle. I would definitely purchase another Tesla. I do wish there were more charging stations in my area and at rest stops on the interstate.

I got the raven performance model s and have not regretted it. I commute to LA from San Diego at least 3 times a week and the auto pilot has really made my life significantly easier. The fact that it drives itself on the freeways takes the edge off of traffic. Also the new suspension is incredible, also helps that I can make it there and back going 80 easily with plenty of battery remaining. The interior is simple and I truly enjoy the vegan leather. The performance of this car is unparalleled and the quickest car I had ever been in. It is hard for me to imagine driving any other car!

I initially did not want a Tesla. We purchased the car for our longer commute to save on gas. After my first drive I was hooked. The driving performance and stability is unbelievable. I love that they are always adding software updates. My only negative is that no one will touch the car in regards to getting it repaired. However, also knowing that Tesla is the one fixing the issue gives you the added benefit that it’s done right. Expect things to be a bit expensive because it’s not a cheap vehicle. But it doesn’t drive or perform like a cheap vehicle so it’s worth the cost. I have a very hard time imagining myself driving any other car than a Tesla S.

I purchased my Subaru at DCH Subaru in Riverside, California. In addition to an excellent purchase experience, I have had excellent service from this dealership each time I've brought the car in for routine service. However, the last time I took my car in for service in January 2025, my service experience was more than excellent. My service representative, Noah, kept me informed of what was going on with my car, but went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was he courteous, but he was kind, patient, listened carefully to me, and helped me to resolve some car computer issues related to my vehicle's Navigation system. I also had a problem with connecting a new cell phone to the vehicle. If he could not resolve the problem himself, he called the appropriate tech and sales persons to help. Everything was resolved satisfactorily, but I want to take the time to applaud Noah. We often complain when something goes wrong, but not often enough recognize when a customer service representative does something right or above and beyond their jobs. Kudos to Noah at DCH Subaru and kudos to DCH Subaru for hiring such excellent staff!! Thank you to both.
