I was surprised to find out that Zed and Eli were much more approachable and professional than the typical car sale man with the slick back hair and sharp tongue. These folks were knowledgeable of their product, and they made sure my wife and I felt comfortable during the entire car purchasing process. I went to Puente Hills Mitsubishi and I received HORRIBLE service. I was able to find the same car, in better condition, for a better price at South Coast Mitsubishi. I called around 7pm, and got into contact with Patrick. I told him about my experience and he told me he could help me out, get me into the Mercedes Benz I wanted, just needed me to make it into the dealership that night. When I arrived the car was washed and in the front before we even knew if i'd be able to purchase. The car was great, Patrick was amazing, and Sep was my finance manager. Sep is the best, he was able to lower my payment and got me a great service plan. There was a mishap on the mileage, the car actually had less miles then advertised and they could've sold it for more. Instead of it being an issue, they told me enjoy the car, they were glad to have gotten me a deal. I went in to change my paper work, they detailed my car, they are really great! I'm still owed a tank of gas lol but otherwise, this dealership is amazing. Purchasing a car you want to feel comfortable, you don't want to feel as if you're being swindled or snaked. Patrick and Sep not only made me feel comfortable, they made sure to get me the car I wanted and the price I needed. I love my purchase, and I highly recommend Sep and Patrick if you go into this dealership!

Apart from no knowing what servicing has been done on the car before I bought it from TESLA! It's been okay two drives to UK from Norway the car has 150.000 Kms. They hadn't checked recalls, but fixed the front driveshafts & Suspension arms (recall). Nice bunch at Tesla Trondheim. Overall very happy with them, not so much with Tesla Skøyen in Oslo who were terrible.

The first car my family bought from the "Ideal Motors Family" was back in 2012. We just bought our 4th car from them in June. I have a serious aversion to car dealers and the entire car shopping experience. But Ideal Motors has developed a unique policy and approach so that the car-buying experience seems more like an exchange of information. They know the cars very well. They show the car and answer your questions. Then leave you to it. They are fair and honest. Every car dealership should be run this way.

I recently purchased. a Model X Long Range to replace my 2021 Audi e-tron; I couldn’t be happier. The Tesla is faster, more efficient, and more fun to drive and the charging network is second to none. Interior quality and ride are comparable. My dogs love the extra room and Dog Mode in the Tesla. I have no regrets!

A car that almost drives itself. Very luxurious and smooth ride. Wicked quick acceleration even in standard model. Technology is far better than any other luxury car I’ve owned. Over the air updates are frequent and sometimes get cool upgrades without buying a new car. The base model comes with practically everything included unlike my Cayenne or Range Rover. Low maintenance at almost no cost. I’ve used mobile service a couple of times which is convenient. I’m a huge fan!

Very comfortable car with no motor noise and the air suspension give you a smooth ride. Super charger stations are plentyfull. electric is the way to go.

Great customer service! All the staff here focuses on each individual customer to make sure they get exactly the car they need. When I gave them feedback about a specific issue, they made sure to get it fixed right away! I would recommend this used car dealership to any of my friends and family.

the tesla model x is a ggreat ectric suv and it is way better than the bmw x6. the model x has a great and fair power. it for sure the most fastets suv in the world. it is for sure very nice shape and it also has a very nice interior. the interior might be the coolest thing ever. I also think the rpice could be the fine price. it could be worht since that it is a nice and has better technology. it also has better shape and better lights also. the lights also look cool and it they have a way better look that most cars. this cra is also fully elecitrc and also has great top speed. but it does not have thta much pick up. but the power is the only thing thta is strong.

This car has it all, performance, style, comfort, technology... Driving this car has been awesome, but not as awesome as letting this car drive me! Autopilot is amazing and always getting better. So cool to have the software on the car update and provide new features. The technology in this car is better than any other out there. You would not regret owning Tesla.

Excellent SUV. I primarily bought the X because it has the highest safety rating of any car tested by EURO NCAP. I know that my kids are safe and if anything were to happen we have the lowest probability of injury or death. That’s most important. It’s fun to drive, handles extremely well for a truck and it can easily pass others on the interstate. I save $5000 a year in fuel and charge overnight at my home. The autopilot is the best I’ve ever seen, it recognizes everything on the road at all times. It can see in every direction and I’ve never had an issue with it. They continually update the autopilot over the air, so you’re always getting the best version. The app automatically preheats and pre-cools in the winter and summer before I head to work which is one of the best features ever. I used to have a remote starter with my Q5 but I always had to manually start the car and it took forever to heat up or cool, if I forgot to pre set the climate before I left the Q5 it wouldn’t work. Overall I’ve had no issues. The other reviews seem disingenuous.

Zed at Newport Fisker really made the car buying process smooth. I had looked for Teslas all over LA and OC and every time I got to a dealership, there were all these ridiculous fees, added costs, and cars that weren’t even in great condition. When I saw this car online, went to the dealership Zed greeted me professionally, told me everything I needed to know about the car and we got the deal done under 30 mins. If you want to have a straightforward car buying process, I highly recommend Newport Fisker.

Greatest vehicle I have ever owned. Smooth ride, great navigation, no oil changes, no radiator fluid, no leaks in your garage, only need to go for service once a year, and then you get a loaner for that visit. Always ready, and it drives itself on the interstate? Crazy awesome.

Great selection of cars! The staff is very knowledgeable & friendly. They are upfront with all their costs and worked with me to get me in the car I wanted. They have a great showroom and staff. I highly recommend!
