Amazing car. Was able to easily fit 300 square foot of laminate wood flooring inside with the seats folded flat. I'm going to glamp in this thing. I'm going to commute in Los Angeles, take my sister's dogs around - you name it. This thing is going to get a little dirty, hah. I'm happy it has a tow hitch as an option and roof rails available. The frunk and back trunk having storage (under the flat lift boot cover in the back) are just great for shopping and carrying around smaller items. I like that the 2023s still have the stalks because my wife and I tried the 24' Model 3 without, and we don't prefer that experience just yet. This is the best, most efficient, utilitarian, and sharp looking vehicle on the market. My only feedback is the paint could be better. I think they have the fit issues with the body panels down, and the sound dampening is a ton better in the 23's with the extra carpet that they add in the back and on the sides of the vehicle. I think to address the management of the company, Tesla is a big company. The recent Supercharger team layoffs were disappointing to hear in terms of how it was handled. However, I am excited by the prospect that the U.S.A. will have the North American Charging Standard, (NACS), as the single charging standard for Electric Vehicles going forward. NACS is much more elegant than J1772 and DCFC handles, as is the typical Supercharger location and experience. Do yourself a favor and buy into the vertically integrated EV experience with Tesla and don't worry about the public charging infrastructure that others have to deal with. That'll just be your backup option if the lines are too long at the Superchargers, or if you want a better charging rate in some rare contexts. What do I think about the CEO? I don't think about him really too much... the car speaks for itself.

The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

High quality dealership with great personnel. We worked with Yevgeniy who was very knowledgeable about the Polestar, low key about the process without any of the "old school" high pressure dealership practices that is old and full of xx. The process was completely straightforward with all costs being laid out in advance with now non of the "hidden fees" nonsense of other dealers. The price is as shown without any negotiatin, along with a small document fee of $85, tax and registration. What a great way to purchase a car. The whole process took less than two hours and we bought a lovely car. We also met with Troy Johnson, who was one of the first employees in the company who provided us the final paperwork. Unbelievable car!!! 2023 Tesla Y (Long Range 19") and my wife fully agrees. Where do I begin? Value! Crazy good, purchased Sept 2023, will end up costing about 44k after 7500 tax credit, now factor in another 10k (at least) saved over gas over the next 5 plus years and my cost will drop to about 34k?? For this car???! Seriously, at 9 cents a kilowatt hour, (FL) to charge this thing in my garage overnight (charge rate is 30 miles in just an hour) only costs about $7.50 worth of electricity for about 315 miles range. What?? We've had this for 7 months and about 18k miles and have spent only about a buck or two on windshield washer fluid so that's it on maintenance costs. What a PLEASURE not having to deal with dealerships and oil changes that take a half a day of hassle. Teslas service (and app) is excellent. I've read the motors (dual) can go 1 million miles and the battery 300-500 k miles. I plan on doing 200k miles on this car. Range anxiety? None for me, basically I can drive about 3 complete hours of driving per day on a charge. Waking up every day with 3 hours worth of driving and skipping gas stations with 35 dollar fill-ups (we have a Prius with 300k miles) is wonderful. Teslas supercharger network is everywhere. I've never seen a station that did not work or a line that kept me waiting more than 5 minutes. I never realized, until I owned a Tesla, that not having to go to the gas station about once a week (or about 27 times for the past 7 months) erases any inconvenience of having to supercharge because unless you do frequent road trips (more than about 3 hours round trip) you will go months at a time not having to supercharge. (supercharging averages 2.5-3 times the cost for me to charge at home) Your house is technically your gas station! (supercharging averages 2.5-3 times the cost of me charging at home) Performance? basically, this car has about the speed of a 911 and its low center of gravity and handling make it really really fun to drive. Highest safety rating all around and the very good stereo has about 14 speakers (and a subwoofer) that round out some amazing perks usually reserved for much more expensive cars... The software, self driving and navigation is very advanced and not an upcharge if you dont do the full self driving, gorgeous graphics and an intelligent user interface that can be learned as you go along make this car a phenomenal choice. Tesla is WAY ahead on software and basically built this car around their software platform while others are building EVS and struggling with their software and charging systems. Tesla outsells their competition by a very wide margin, for good reasons. The wife and I were about to get either a Honda CRV or a Toyota Rav 4 and by some wonderful luck walked past the Tesla store at the mall, 10 minutes later we test drove the y and 3 and literally, before we drove a mile we knew this test drive experience made it clear, we would try this Tesla. 101% happy we did. If you are considering the Tesla, make sure you drive one before making your decision. One last thing, buying direct from Tesla basically means you are getting maybe about 20% more car for a lower price because the middleman dealerships are not cost factored in, and don't believe the negative media coverage. Tesla is bypassing an entire industry and alot of big companies are probably not happy about it. If you really want to know what Tesla ownership is like, ask Tesla owners. My neighbor has a Model 3 with 45k miles, I asked her the other day what she has paid for Maintenace so far and she said "nothing" and LOVES her Tesla. I hear the same from pretty much every Tesla owner I ask. What a car!

Absolutely great experience buying a car this dealership. We are near San Francisco so we're able to take some test drives. Every car they offer was detailed to the hilt. The staff was super friendly and informative. We got a very satisfactory deal on a low milage EV. Everything from test drive to out the door was low street and about as seamless as I have ever experienced. Highly recommended!

The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. We had a great experience buying a gently used Chevy Bolt at Ever last weekend. After finding the car we wanted at EVer on AAA’s car-buying website, we got in touch with them online and then communicated by text with a salesman, Levan, for the rest of the pretty seamless process. we were not able to make an easy trade-in with them because our previous car was not an EV, but they were very upfront about that and suggested we work with a company like Carfax for the trade-in. The price is the price—no negotiating—and a lot of the paperwork is handled in advance by uploading all the relevant documents. By the time we test drove the car, the rest of the buying process was very easy. The car was whistle clean, exactly as described, and we love it. All buying experiences should be this easy and pleasant.

This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

So I did a lot of research before buying a Tesla. I knew I would like it and it would be cheaper to own than an ICE after 5 years! But what I didn't know...I don't like it, I LOVE THIS VEHICLE! I will NEVER GO BACK TO ICE!!! While I love my Tesla, I could see going to Rivian or Polestar, esp after they do their 2025 conversion to the NACS or Tesla Charging Outlets. But the Tesla Charging Network is the MAIN Reason for going with Tesla. What I also didn't know...was that Tesla regularly (bi-monthly on avg) updates and upgrades their cars with over-the-air updates...as the car gets better and BETTER, day by day! Name another car that gets better with enhancements at No Cost to the Owner. Any other car only gets better if you pay for it!!! Heck, many automakers even charge you to update their Maps! And the VOICE COMMANDS are oh so simple, just use standard language! I often rent vehicles with College Officiating and every maker out there has a complicated (non-natural) phrasing needed for their Maps...Tesla is as easy as Google Maps or Waze! I knew I would save over $300 a month charging at home vs Gas. In reality, I avg over 2K miles a month, and Home Charging is costing me $80 to $88 on avg. Oh and in my truck, I would have paid over $500 easy in Gas. So given the $200 higher monthly price point for an EV, will be worth it over time! Travel is not even remotely an issue, though you will find stopping to charge, you will find time to eat better and safer, and you will be much more relaxed upon your arrival! Enjoy the games or movies on your screen and the theater surround sound! Previous Owner of 3 Fords, 3 Saturns, 2 Chevys, 1 Jeep, and Current Owner of 1 Nissan and 1 Toyota. Oh, and there was a DODGE LEMON in a Charger that DIED every time you went from Reverse to Drive. Dodge went into the shop 30+ times and they could never find or fix it and did nothing to replace it. It eventually died on I-10 and I was lucky an 18-wheeler's air forced me off the interstate before it KILLED ME & TOTALED the Car! Again, I never want to buy another ICE car, though the Toyota was purchased as my wife's wish...but only for her wishes.

The reason we use resources like Cars.com is to avoid the typical in person experience of buying a new car. I initially emailed SF Honda in regards to a vehicle I saw listed on Cars.com Surprisingly they replied back saying it was a glitch on the website and the vehicle was actually no longer available. I was looking more so for a year older vehicle yet still new. They were prompt to reply and let me know so at least the waiting and wondering wasn't a problem. I replied back and made a straight forward offer on a different vehicle. Surprisingly once again they replied and agreed on it despite me having my doubts. After that replies between emails were prompt. We settled on the price and I came in soon after. Nothing was changed as far as pricing from what was originally discussed in emails. It was a smooth despite long process. The facility is nice with a big space despite being in busy downtown San Francisco area. Parking is difficult but they accommodated me to park in the areas not really designated for the public. I had already came in with a preapproval from my bank, but found it strange I had to fill out another credit check? Almost seemed like they were trying to get me a better rate and to go with their in house lending. I did ask why, but they said it was protocol? I did still end up using my bank. Our sales person Vanessa Velasquez was accommodating and answered my questions that I had presented regarding the additions on the paperwork when it came down to purchasing the vehicle. Overall it was a smooth process and I really have no complaints. The overall staff from our sales consultant Vanessa to the finance manager have a consistent attitude of "straight forward" To some that might not be good enough as some customers want more of the soft happy go lucky attitude. Here at SF Honda, the do signs of it, but not overly done like most dealerships. Again, some will hate it, others don't mind. I personally didnt mind because in the end, it comes down to agreeing on a price. Vanessa was not push on options that I wanted removed. Our finance manager when it came down to almost closing on the vehicle also had to push other add ons which I'm sure they have to do. But did not ridicule or do high pressure tactics when ultimately I declined them. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. Probably more professional than personable as I mentioned above with the straight forward attitude. Vanessa did crack a smile every now and then, but she was definitely more passive, which I prefer. While our finance manager who helped on closing and doing all the paperwork was definitely more aggressive. Still, both did not exceed any boundaries to turn things into high pressure sales situation. The facility was clean, very open, which is rare and ironic these days in a city like San Francisco where real estate is usually very tight and small. They have plenty of inventory off site close by. Clean restrooms, and a nice waiting area with coffee machine that you can help yourself with. Our sales consultant Vanessa had actually got us refreshments while we were sitting down with her going over the details. I don't buy new cars often so this is a rare situation, but I had no problem and was satisfied with my experience. San Francisco Honda is very professional. A perk of purchasing here especially if you are coming from out of town is you can spend time in the city.

Everything positive other owners have said in the reviews is true about performance, easy to drive, comfort, etc, but I was very much impressed by the fit and finish of the vehicle. We all hear about panel gaps and misalignments and bad build quality from the "experts", but my car was on par or even better than the Lexus GS I traded in. I liked it so much my father also bought one based on my recommendation and again the vehicle was flawless. Maybe back in the day this was an issue when this model was first introduced, but certainly not anymore. Both times I was at the service center picking up the two vehicles, I looked at dozens of other new customer cars on the lot and none had any issues that I could see.

I have had the Y for a little bet over a year and have put 30,000 miles on it. Have had no trouble at all with any aspect of it's operation. Have towed a 3,000Ibs trailer from the east coast to Dever in the middle of winter (every day the temperature was 32 degrees or less) without and had no idea that it was behind me except that i had to stop every 100 miles to recharge instead of every 275-300 miles. I will never go back to a gasoline powdered car again.

Great car to drive every day. It's best attributes are its quick acceleration and stability. It's cool to have different horn sounds, and you can broadcast your favorite song outside (while it's parked). I personally love the silly light and sound shows you play to show your friends. The stereo system sounds great. The things that need improvement are: the rear air vents don't point straight to the rear passengers, there's no spare tire and if you get one you loose a lot of the trunk space. The windshield defogger doesn't work the way you expect it especially in a high humidity climate.

Amazing car that will literally drive you anywhere from point A to B all by itself. Very comfortable and relaxing and fast acceleration as well!

I didn't purchase my Jetta from this dealership but I almost did and wish I did at the time but I wasn't ready at the time. I appreciated the low price offered. I appreciate only dealing with one salesperson even through the finance process. They were super friendly and not pushy and definitely didn't use the old sleazy dealership sales model of the past that most dealerships stand by. I recommend going to see them for your purchase if you want it to be pleasant.

Simply blown away, clean. Simple interior. Comfortable amazing performance. Everything just works the way it should, maybe the best overall car ever driven, when you couple that with performance on par with most high in sports cars, along with its size and practicality, definitely a winner! The supercharger by my house was the only drawback as it took a lot of charge, but if I had home charging it wouldn't be a problem

I only gave 4-Stars due to the fact that I have not moved forward to purchasing a vehicle from VW-Fairfield as of yet. M. Marshall, the sales rep I met & discussed my car options w/ was spot on w/ his Customer Service & was very friendly & outgoing. I will write another review if & when I purchase a car from them.

needed to return a car purchased before and it had problems. after trying to repair the car we all decided i needed to purchase. another car i purchase the sunsru and likes it. they were very fair in the exchange of money. only complained might be that since i am so far away from the dealership it was hard to communicate

The Tesla driver interface is unique, but becomes second nature and pretty good in just a few drives. Interior is very comfortable, quiet, and spacious, but a bit sparse for the price point. Performance is great but the inability of virtually all EVs to meet their EPA range estimates without going downhill with a tailwind is disappointing. Charging at home is great. The Tesla charging network works very well as does the Tesla app on your smartphone. We have seen none of the build quality issues others have previously noted. Tesla customer support for us has been good and responsive as we’ve worked through questions and bought accessories. Overall, with weight and aero being determinants of EV range, the Model Y is a very well designed vehicle. Aero drove the exterior design and weight the interior. The resulting looks are either something you like, or not, but for their purpose, they work. Right sized and shaped outside, very spacious inside. Recent price cuts made the value decision one we could live with. Compared it with every other EV of its size and very happy with our choice.
