Hate musk as much as you want keep the American built Tesla on the side as it is built by Americans not Musk. Teslas are a xxxx good cars, I own two and have owned 5 so far.

I have owned this truck for about 6 months and I still get excited every day to drive it. Drives like your floating in a cloud with the air suspension and the steering by wire. FSD is amazing and the thing is a tank. Also, the kids live it. Nothing better than dropping the little guys off at school and hearing cheers from the classrooms. Get it, you will love it.

A few weeks ago my son and I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata at CarMax of Southlake on Mt. Zion Road in Stockbridge GA. Our sales agent was an older gentleman named Jim Lowe. What a nice guy. Low key. Not pushy. So very patient. He was very knowledgeable about the various cars my son wanted to look at and understood what features he needed on the car. He never rushed us to get on to the next customer and was always willing to answer all our questions. (And he even knew the answers and didn’t have to go ask someone.) These are attributes that you don’t always find with used car salesmen. But Jim was different. CarMax is different. Such a large selection of cars that we found and with low or mid or high mileage. The financial process was painless as well. We went outside to go get his car and found it all washed and cleaned inside. It even had a full tank of gas and a HUGE yellow bow across the hood. Such a nice way to send off the customer. I highly recommend CarMax for your next car buying experience. Also, ask for Jim.

I really love this car. It looks great, is very fast, and is all-around fun to drive. The one-pedal braking is the best feature, IMO. Would purchase again.

Apart from no knowing what servicing has been done on the car before I bought it from TESLA! It's been okay two drives to UK from Norway the car has 150.000 Kms. They hadn't checked recalls, but fixed the front driveshafts & Suspension arms (recall). Nice bunch at Tesla Trondheim. Overall very happy with them, not so much with Tesla Skøyen in Oslo who were terrible.

I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

A car that almost drives itself. Very luxurious and smooth ride. Wicked quick acceleration even in standard model. Technology is far better than any other luxury car I’ve owned. Over the air updates are frequent and sometimes get cool upgrades without buying a new car. The base model comes with practically everything included unlike my Cayenne or Range Rover. Low maintenance at almost no cost. I’ve used mobile service a couple of times which is convenient. I’m a huge fan!

Mark was phenomenal during the process. Gave me all the pertinent maintenance records and provided video and pictures of car. We agreed on a fair price and he arranged shipping to RI.

Very comfortable car with no motor noise and the air suspension give you a smooth ride. Super charger stations are plentyfull. electric is the way to go.

I got the raven performance model s and have not regretted it. I commute to LA from San Diego at least 3 times a week and the auto pilot has really made my life significantly easier. The fact that it drives itself on the freeways takes the edge off of traffic. Also the new suspension is incredible, also helps that I can make it there and back going 80 easily with plenty of battery remaining. The interior is simple and I truly enjoy the vegan leather. The performance of this car is unparalleled and the quickest car I had ever been in. It is hard for me to imagine driving any other car!

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! Got the 2023 standards model 3 and it far exceeds any other car, especially ICE. Every single car I will own from here on out will be a Tesla. The other ev brands can't compete. Will also get the Rivian R1S, that is the only other brand I would consider. Don't buy an EV from a company that also makes gas cars unless you like throwing away $.

The Tesla driver interface is unique, but becomes second nature and pretty good in just a few drives. Interior is very comfortable, quiet, and spacious, but a bit sparse for the price point. Performance is great but the inability of virtually all EVs to meet their EPA range estimates without going downhill with a tailwind is disappointing. Charging at home is great. The Tesla charging network works very well as does the Tesla app on your smartphone. We have seen none of the build quality issues others have previously noted. Tesla customer support for us has been good and responsive as we’ve worked through questions and bought accessories. Overall, with weight and aero being determinants of EV range, the Model Y is a very well designed vehicle. Aero drove the exterior design and weight the interior. The resulting looks are either something you like, or not, but for their purpose, they work. Right sized and shaped outside, very spacious inside. Recent price cuts made the value decision one we could live with. Compared it with every other EV of its size and very happy with our choice.
