Took in to fix light coming on re: Anti-lock brakes and Traction control. Didn't realize it was still under warranty, but was informed it was. They also identified a problem with the battery and replaced it under warranty as well. Parts were not in stock, so I was given a loaner at no charge. Also had some 30,000 mile maintenance done on the car. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I own a 2022 Model S Plaid and all I can say is it is the best car I have ever owned in my life. This includes everything from Luxury sedans to my once beloved 911 Cab. It is fast, attractive and seats 5 :-)

I just leased 2026 Model Y after drive a free Model Y for a few hours. This car is revolutionary compare with other cars, Chevy, BMW, Mercedes, Toyota, etc. To name a few, no key fob, no Start button, no gear stick, no knobs, no push buttons, no switches, FSD(full self driving), etc. I need to write a novel for this car. My first Tesla. The car is a great luxury car with hypercar performance. I love it. It took a day or two to figure out the basics, but the settings and features and FSD have spoiled me. Unless I want to drive, I simply tell the car to take me somewhere and off I go. FSD is not perfect yet, but I’m thoroughly impressed. I’m looking forward to the approaching day I can choose to simply ride rather than drive. On top of all that, the utility of the large hatch area is almost as large as our Durango. Finally, I am extremely pleased with the value proposition even if the purchase process had some bumps along the way. Buying a 20 month old car saved me boatloads over purchasing new. Count me a happy camper.

I've had mine for almost 2,000 miles now, and its been great. It rides super smooth, and is super controlled over bumps. The turn signal stalks aren't that big of a deal. They work plenty fine for most every use case. Interior quality is much improved over the last generation. There is not a single piece of hard plastic in the interior. Infotainment is super snappy, and is a worthy replacement of CarPlay or Android Auto. Seats are comfortable, and their heat/ventilation works great. There are no creaks or rattles to speak of as well. Performance is plenty for what anyone will ever need. Tons of storage as well for a midsize sedan, especially since the frunk is there, as well as another section below the trunk floor for more stuff. Rear seat screen is very nice for rear passengers as they can control air, seat heating watch movies/videos, and play games. If you are interested, go demo drive one to see it for yourself!

Excellent SUV. I primarily bought the X because it has the highest safety rating of any car tested by EURO NCAP. I know that my kids are safe and if anything were to happen we have the lowest probability of injury or death. That’s most important. It’s fun to drive, handles extremely well for a truck and it can easily pass others on the interstate. I save $5000 a year in fuel and charge overnight at my home. The autopilot is the best I’ve ever seen, it recognizes everything on the road at all times. It can see in every direction and I’ve never had an issue with it. They continually update the autopilot over the air, so you’re always getting the best version. The app automatically preheats and pre-cools in the winter and summer before I head to work which is one of the best features ever. I used to have a remote starter with my Q5 but I always had to manually start the car and it took forever to heat up or cool, if I forgot to pre set the climate before I left the Q5 it wouldn’t work. Overall I’ve had no issues. The other reviews seem disingenuous.

This is easily the best car you can own. I decided to upgrade from a 2021 Tesla to my current Tesla Model 3 in November 2024, a few months after the model was refreshed. Both were amazing cars and blew me away. The 2024 model is extremely class-upgraded and refined over the original. It is easily the most luxurious and tech-forward car in its category. This car is ZIPPY, and it handles amazingly. The self-driving features are absolutely superb and get software updates frequently. This is the best car for road trips around town, honestly, anything you throw at it, it handles. It is so cheap to fill the range back up at home (I keep mine at 80% max unless road-tripping). The convenience alone of this car makes it worth it, but the material quality and luxury feel make it all the more worthwhile. Tesla's audio system is SO GOOD, it rivals the Harman and Bowers & Wilkins on other cars I've driven. The LED ambient lighting is so beautiful and adjustable. Cooled seats are a must on hot summer days, and you can even start them with one button on the app. So beautiful, fun to drive, and intuitive. Could not be happier with my purchase! You won't regret going with a Tesla!
