My girlfriend recently came here from Brazil. She needed a very dependable car. At other places, language barrier and trying to finance was an issue. Not at AutoMax! Pablo (and team) were awesome. They have people that speak fluent Portuguese (and of course English), so it was very easy to communicate, and for her to tell them what she wanted. They have an awesome selection of cars, and while she was in Marlborough, she actually found one at their Attleboro business. Pablo personally drove her down there, and they were already waiting for her to show up when she arrived. She drove the car, loved it, and without even asking, told her what specific things there were going to take care of (brakes, tires, a couple scratches). They did a great job financing, and showed her specifically what the terms were, and what she'd be paying. The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

This is easily the best car you can own. I decided to upgrade from a 2021 Tesla to my current Tesla Model 3 in November 2024, a few months after the model was refreshed. Both were amazing cars and blew me away. The 2024 model is extremely class-upgraded and refined over the original. It is easily the most luxurious and tech-forward car in its category. This car is ZIPPY, and it handles amazingly. The self-driving features are absolutely superb and get software updates frequently. This is the best car for road trips around town, honestly, anything you throw at it, it handles. It is so cheap to fill the range back up at home (I keep mine at 80% max unless road-tripping). The convenience alone of this car makes it worth it, but the material quality and luxury feel make it all the more worthwhile. Tesla's audio system is SO GOOD, it rivals the Harman and Bowers & Wilkins on other cars I've driven. The LED ambient lighting is so beautiful and adjustable. Cooled seats are a must on hot summer days, and you can even start them with one button on the app. So beautiful, fun to drive, and intuitive. Could not be happier with my purchase! You won't regret going with a Tesla!

Amazing car. Was able to easily fit 300 square foot of laminate wood flooring inside with the seats folded flat. I'm going to glamp in this thing. I'm going to commute in Los Angeles, take my sister's dogs around - you name it. This thing is going to get a little dirty, hah. I'm happy it has a tow hitch as an option and roof rails available. The frunk and back trunk having storage (under the flat lift boot cover in the back) are just great for shopping and carrying around smaller items. I like that the 2023s still have the stalks because my wife and I tried the 24' Model 3 without, and we don't prefer that experience just yet. This is the best, most efficient, utilitarian, and sharp looking vehicle on the market. My only feedback is the paint could be better. I think they have the fit issues with the body panels down, and the sound dampening is a ton better in the 23's with the extra carpet that they add in the back and on the sides of the vehicle. I think to address the management of the company, Tesla is a big company. The recent Supercharger team layoffs were disappointing to hear in terms of how it was handled. However, I am excited by the prospect that the U.S.A. will have the North American Charging Standard, (NACS), as the single charging standard for Electric Vehicles going forward. NACS is much more elegant than J1772 and DCFC handles, as is the typical Supercharger location and experience. Do yourself a favor and buy into the vertically integrated EV experience with Tesla and don't worry about the public charging infrastructure that others have to deal with. That'll just be your backup option if the lines are too long at the Superchargers, or if you want a better charging rate in some rare contexts. What do I think about the CEO? I don't think about him really too much... the car speaks for itself.

2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD I purchased this car with a little less than 60k miles one and a half years ago for 21k. It now as 97k miles and the only maintenance I’ve done have been new tires and windshield washer fluid. Someone made a left turn in front of me and the car was already braking as I was lifting my foot off the accelerator. Quite literally saved my life. The suspension is tuned to be sporty, so it’s not a plush ride by any means, but it’s hard to beat at its price point in the used market.

I had my Tesla S for about four months now. Its a great car. Have a Nemi 14-50 outlet in the garage for 40 amps. It charges faster than what the appl. says. Autopilot is about 80% self driving and is great in traffic. I don't think the extra $200 for FSD is worth it. It quiet and powerful. I go 150 to 175 miles between charges on a longer trip. Plenty of charge stations around

I really like my Model S Long Range. I purchased it new in June 2020 and have had minor issues that were resolved quickly and with no hassle. When my left, thumb control stopped responding, I schedule a repair in my app. The mobile repair technician came to my house on the appointed day to replace it. The mobile repair guy has come by my work to rotate my tires too. Since I purchased my car under a promotion, I have free, unlimited Supercharging for the life of the car. Driving for free is an extra benefit that makes this car a dream to own.

Only minor problems with only one maintance/repair/upgrade visit just recently (2020) at a Tesla SC, 1.5 days in the shop. All other minor problems handled by an excellent mobile Tesla tech that comes to your house (a special service for those not near a SC). No drivetrain problems whatsoever. 1/3 the maintenance cost of an ICE vehicle, no gas cost. Gas net savings about $5,0000 over 5 years. This is an SUV with moderate dirt road capability and 9" ground clearance.

This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

Unbelievable car!!! 2023 Tesla Y (Long Range 19") and my wife fully agrees. Where do I begin? Value! Crazy good, purchased Sept 2023, will end up costing about 44k after 7500 tax credit, now factor in another 10k (at least) saved over gas over the next 5 plus years and my cost will drop to about 34k?? For this car???! Seriously, at 9 cents a kilowatt hour, (FL) to charge this thing in my garage overnight (charge rate is 30 miles in just an hour) only costs about $7.50 worth of electricity for about 315 miles range. What?? We've had this for 7 months and about 18k miles and have spent only about a buck or two on windshield washer fluid so that's it on maintenance costs. What a PLEASURE not having to deal with dealerships and oil changes that take a half a day of hassle. Teslas service (and app) is excellent. I've read the motors (dual) can go 1 million miles and the battery 300-500 k miles. I plan on doing 200k miles on this car. Range anxiety? None for me, basically I can drive about 3 complete hours of driving per day on a charge. Waking up every day with 3 hours worth of driving and skipping gas stations with 35 dollar fill-ups (we have a Prius with 300k miles) is wonderful. Teslas supercharger network is everywhere. I've never seen a station that did not work or a line that kept me waiting more than 5 minutes. I never realized, until I owned a Tesla, that not having to go to the gas station about once a week (or about 27 times for the past 7 months) erases any inconvenience of having to supercharge because unless you do frequent road trips (more than about 3 hours round trip) you will go months at a time not having to supercharge. (supercharging averages 2.5-3 times the cost for me to charge at home) Your house is technically your gas station! (supercharging averages 2.5-3 times the cost of me charging at home) Performance? basically, this car has about the speed of a 911 and its low center of gravity and handling make it really really fun to drive. Highest safety rating all around and the very good stereo has about 14 speakers (and a subwoofer) that round out some amazing perks usually reserved for much more expensive cars... The software, self driving and navigation is very advanced and not an upcharge if you dont do the full self driving, gorgeous graphics and an intelligent user interface that can be learned as you go along make this car a phenomenal choice. Tesla is WAY ahead on software and basically built this car around their software platform while others are building EVS and struggling with their software and charging systems. Tesla outsells their competition by a very wide margin, for good reasons. The wife and I were about to get either a Honda CRV or a Toyota Rav 4 and by some wonderful luck walked past the Tesla store at the mall, 10 minutes later we test drove the y and 3 and literally, before we drove a mile we knew this test drive experience made it clear, we would try this Tesla. 101% happy we did. If you are considering the Tesla, make sure you drive one before making your decision. One last thing, buying direct from Tesla basically means you are getting maybe about 20% more car for a lower price because the middleman dealerships are not cost factored in, and don't believe the negative media coverage. Tesla is bypassing an entire industry and alot of big companies are probably not happy about it. If you really want to know what Tesla ownership is like, ask Tesla owners. My neighbor has a Model 3 with 45k miles, I asked her the other day what she has paid for Maintenace so far and she said "nothing" and LOVES her Tesla. I hear the same from pretty much every Tesla owner I ask. What a car!

I had a very good experience at METRO WEST AUTO SALES. The girl who works the front desk, YANA, was very helpful and pleasant. She answered all my my questions and got the sale done fast and easy. I had a few minor issues that needed to be looked at after the sale. A man named JIM was very helpful to get the issues straightened out very quickly. Everything positive other owners have said in the reviews is true about performance, easy to drive, comfort, etc, but I was very much impressed by the fit and finish of the vehicle. We all hear about panel gaps and misalignments and bad build quality from the "experts", but my car was on par or even better than the Lexus GS I traded in. I liked it so much my father also bought one based on my recommendation and again the vehicle was flawless. Maybe back in the day this was an issue when this model was first introduced, but certainly not anymore. Both times I was at the service center picking up the two vehicles, I looked at dozens of other new customer cars on the lot and none had any issues that I could see.

It's only been 12 days so far, but I'm looking for a specific make, model & year. I've received two useful emails about maintenance and managing buying a used vehicle. The dealership has opened a net among its other dealers and has kept in contact with me. I'm optimistic about my difficult request being fulfilled. This is a huge purchase, and the dealaership has kept in good contact.

This was the 8th Acura we've purchased from Acura of Auburn. This is easily the best dealership we've ever dealt with. In fact, the vehicle that I traded in was a Lexus and I gave the local Lexus dealership first chance at a trade in and pricing on a new version of the vehicle I was trading in. After the Lexus dealership played the let me go check with my manager game for a little over two hours, they did come up with a fairly good price that I was just about to sign off on. Then the sales rep, Chris, told me that I'd have to wait at the dealership for another couple hours for their finance manager to have time to put the deal together for me to sign. I said I'd return sometime later in the day, which he didn't seem to want me to leave. I then stopped by Acura of Auburn and told Nate and Ken about the deal offered by Lexus, asked about a test drive in the ADX, and left my trade for them to look at. I came back from my test drive, we talked about what they thought they could do, and within 5 minutes we had a deal. No games, no deception, no pressure, just really friendly and fair treatment in a fraction of the time I spent with Lexus. I then called the local Lexus dealership back and informed Chris that I was going elsewhere and he basically snapped at me, saying I wasted his time? I think he may have gotten that one backwards:) From that point Johnny took over and was absolutely awesome in terms of taking care of everything and setting up an appointment for pick up. At pick up, I signed the paperwork with Erica, who is so very nice, friendly, and efficient, she fits in perfectly at this 5 star dealership. Pick up went great and I've had the ADX for 4 days now and couldn't be happier. Once again, this was the 8th Acura our family has purchased from Acura of Auburn and my wife and I have decided we will not torture ourselves anymore by going to any other car dealership. Nobody does it better that Acura of Auburn and that's where all of our future automobile business will go.
