The buying experience was positive with no issues. I purchased a 2000 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am from Dillon’s Auto via the internet and telephone, the sales person was Mr. Billy Keck. I originally discovered the car on the Auto Trader’s Classic website and notified the dealer I was interested in buying the car via email and telephone. Mr. Keck contacted me the next day, providing me with a Facetime meeting to see and discuss the car. After deciding to buy the car Mr. Keck was very responsive answering any questions and arranging the paperwork for the purchase. The dealer provided a free CarFax report showing the car’s history and answered questions I had regarding the car’s previous owner. After finalizing the purchase, the dealer delivered to my home with no extra charge from Lincoln, NE to Colorado Springs, CO. The car arrived in excellent condition and was clean and detailed (kudo’s to Mr. Keck’s son who detailed the car!). In summary, a nice buying experience with no issues.

purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

This is a very beautiful car and very comfortable to drive and is one of the safest cars today I just love tesla and would buy again great vehicles.

The guys at Harvest made my truck buying experience a lot less stressful than what I thought it would be. I worked with Dan, who was great. I felt no pressure from him at all to get me in a truck. Everyone there was down to earth and very personable. They have a great selection of used vehicles to go through, especially trucks. I live in California and wanted a Ford Escape Hybrid with AWD and the cold weather package. I could not find a dealer in Calif that had one or one that wanted to help me find one out of state. I found this one on the Ford website. From my first call to Baxter Ford I spoke to Jodee. She assisted me thru the whole process. I was happy to be able to deal with just one person. I'm sure I was not the easiest customer as I was in California, buying a car out of state for the first time. Jodee was avail for all of my calls and questions even after hours due the 2 hour time difference. She was very professional. I had to fly from California to Des Moines thenhad a family member drive me to Omaha. One long day. Jodee met me at front door when I arrived at the dealership. She made the whole purchase very easy. I would recommend the dealership and Jodee to anyone in the market.

I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!

This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

Purchased a Tacoma, had an independent mechanic come and do an inspection. Abram and the guys were great to work with - coordinated with the mechanic for the inspection and they picked me up at the Lincoln Airport when I came to get it. Ordered model s 2021 long range. Upon delivery immediate attraction and had been growing ever since. Just smile when I look at model s and when people admire and comment on style and model the smile comes from the inside out. Midnight gray with dark 19 inch wheels. Black interior. Took a while to adjust to electric. Driving is a breeze. Have the full package. Still in process of practicing with the FSD capabilities and use the auto pilot on the interstates. Always cautious around a lot of traffic. Not all cars are teslas and not all drivers are attentive. I enjoy every ride. Tesla just glides down the road. Comfort, safety and a pleasure to drive. Have taken Tesla on road trip from Florida to Colorado and back. Charging stations a plenty. Comfort even on long run days. Switched from FSD to me driving during the trip. I enjoy driving so it was not an issue to drive just a pleasure. Several updates since road trip and some minor issues were addressed. I am a retired truck driver so I do like distance between me and other vehicles. Tesla performed well with cars, cars with trailers but not enough distance between Tesla and big trucks. Passing a truck was an issue for me. I have talked to others they don’t see the problem. Have to get too close to rear of truck to pass and wants to cut in too quick in front a a big truck. Haven’t tried this since last update. Need the space and distance on interstate to test. Too much traffic for me to test it out. Do not have the Tesla charger at home but use a ccs adapter for 40 amp. Charges in about 2 hour time. Charge up to 80 percent on road trip charged. 100 percent and charged at between 30 and 40 percent. Long range average about 250-300 miles between charge. Ran speed limit. I am a little disappointed in other Tesla drivers not sure why but when I look at them and their Tesla they just stick up their nose and look straight ahead. Not that way. Love to share my Tesla have taken my neighbors for rides. Kinda selfish though don’t allow anyone else to drive just ride. Big smile on my face right now. Just talking about my Tesla makes me smile. Can look out my window there Tesla sits. I need a smile all I do is look outside.

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

Sales consultant Zach Nielsen stepped up to the plate with honesty and transparency. It was an easy process and in no way I questioned if I was making a good choice. The overall experience was something that all customers should have the courtesy of having when buying a vehicle. All I can say is, “Thank you”. After having lost some confidence with trying to purchase a vehicle with other places it was refreshing and a relief to know that a customer can be assured that is not the case everywhere. From asking questions regarding availability, pricing, financing, test driving, warranties, picking up for delivery, and all else every single detail was covered. For the deception I felt when talking to other places not one piece of negativity was ever felt in working with Woodhouse Buick of Omaha. I was able to purchase a quality vehicle without the hassle and at an agreed fair price. This was a first purchase for me at this dealership. It is definitely a place I will use again. I also appreciated having some options in their inventory with the specifics I was searching to purchase. Too many times a person wonders if there are other vehicles that may be better elsewhere. I did not. I found what I wanted that fits the needs for myself and my family. As every dollar counts in a purchase I signed papers feeling that it was a win-win situation for both sides. Even with having the vehicle for a few days I appreciate having people following up making sure about satisfaction. That about says it all.

Amazing car. Was able to easily fit 300 square foot of laminate wood flooring inside with the seats folded flat. I'm going to glamp in this thing. I'm going to commute in Los Angeles, take my sister's dogs around - you name it. This thing is going to get a little dirty, hah. I'm happy it has a tow hitch as an option and roof rails available. The frunk and back trunk having storage (under the flat lift boot cover in the back) are just great for shopping and carrying around smaller items. I like that the 2023s still have the stalks because my wife and I tried the 24' Model 3 without, and we don't prefer that experience just yet. This is the best, most efficient, utilitarian, and sharp looking vehicle on the market. My only feedback is the paint could be better. I think they have the fit issues with the body panels down, and the sound dampening is a ton better in the 23's with the extra carpet that they add in the back and on the sides of the vehicle. I think to address the management of the company, Tesla is a big company. The recent Supercharger team layoffs were disappointing to hear in terms of how it was handled. However, I am excited by the prospect that the U.S.A. will have the North American Charging Standard, (NACS), as the single charging standard for Electric Vehicles going forward. NACS is much more elegant than J1772 and DCFC handles, as is the typical Supercharger location and experience. Do yourself a favor and buy into the vertically integrated EV experience with Tesla and don't worry about the public charging infrastructure that others have to deal with. That'll just be your backup option if the lines are too long at the Superchargers, or if you want a better charging rate in some rare contexts. What do I think about the CEO? I don't think about him really too much... the car speaks for itself.

Long range AWD FSD ( great on long trips) I got white seats and am so glad. Really brightens the interior and they have been easy to care for. Battery lost range faster than my older Model 3 but it’s still around 295 after ~70k mi. Great in the snow but a bit more ground clearance would help. Cracked windshield was repaired by Tesla and cost about $1000 less than Safelight. No other issues except for CEO

There was no attempt to persuade or talk me into or out of anything. We dealt only with the facts, including the price range, and the employee was sincere and upfront about what he had to offer.

Best car in its class. A lot of people who don’t know or never experienced a Tesla will create so many false narratives due to their own ignorance. Tesla are the safest cars hands down especially with autopilot engaged. They also have very little maintenance because they do not have all the traditional components as an ICE vehicle. Upfronted price is steep and the range of this vehicle especially can be further but I definitely recommend this car to anyone in the market.

Only minor problems with only one maintance/repair/upgrade visit just recently (2020) at a Tesla SC, 1.5 days in the shop. All other minor problems handled by an excellent mobile Tesla tech that comes to your house (a special service for those not near a SC). No drivetrain problems whatsoever. 1/3 the maintenance cost of an ICE vehicle, no gas cost. Gas net savings about $5,0000 over 5 years. This is an SUV with moderate dirt road capability and 9" ground clearance.

We bought the 2016 Model X one year ago. So far it has been a great vehicle with outstanding handling. Even on snow and ice (we live near Spokane, WA) it did much better than I expected. The vehicle is heavy and sturdy. Back in September I had a deer run into the car just in front of the drivers door while I was going 55 mph. I was surprised at how little damage the car sustained. You can’t beat the convenience of ‘fueling’ at home.
