I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

Let me begin by saying I have been looking for this dream car of mine for 2 years now, after countless hours with countless different dealerships, I finally found what I was looking for... a gorgeous gray metallic Genesis G80 Sport AWD V6 3.3L Turbo...365HP Luxury Sedan, CPO, Certified Pre Owned Genesis, heads up display, front, rear and side mirror cameras, Android auto, the works! Took months of dealing with dealerships, and the Salesman that helped me at Algonquin was so patient with me... You can't find these in my side of the country, they're all in the East coast, I was an out of state buyer from Colorado and tons of dealerships and their salesmen wrote me off but not this one, many not taking me seriously... but Casey from Algonquin Hyundai was the hero I needed... Even after times when the deal fell through, he would follow up with me, making sure he was still there to help me with this purchase... finally after a couple months and all the stars lined up, it was time to make the purchase, and Casey's steadfast dedication to make sure I was taken care of paid off. I literally bought the car, without even seeing it, just from pictures, from Colorado, then flew out to pick it up. They FedEx'ed me the paperwork, I signed it, sent it back then flew out to Chicago to pick it up and drove it back. Not only that, Casey himself picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the dealership 1 hour away! Talk about Genesis customer service! What do you expect when a luxury fully loaded 2022 4 door sedan goes for 58k when it's new you're buying primo goods... and mine was a 2018! I've owned my 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD car for 5 years and 65,000 miles. Over that time, the only maintenance I've done has been wipers, wiper fluid, tires, a 12v battery, and cabin air filters. The car has been a blast to drive and flawless. I was able to find a single paint run on one of the mirror caps. Tesla offered to replace it, but I never did. It's not noticeable. Panel gaps are better than the Camry I park next to every day.

I have had my Model 3 for four years. I have had no problems after the first week. I have taken it all over the east coast and have not had any issues finding Superchargers. The only issues with charging is that the superchargers often do not charge as fast as advertised.

I bought my midrange 2018 Tesla 3 in Dec 2018. Although the battery is not impressive range wise, this car has been so impressive over the more that 4 years I've owned it. The comfort, quietness, amazing sound system, make it effortless. Every drive is like the first (although w many updates on power, even faster) drive at delivery date. I have over 70,000 miles on it and have not had any issues that are major. I have bought 1 set of tires and had rocks hit me so 3 windshields, all paid with insurance. We have taken this Tesla on so many road trips to Houston, Yosemite, Zion NP, Las Cruces, Sedona, Phoenix and San Fransisco from SoCal. We just traded in my husband's 2018 3 on a 2021 3 AWD/Dual motor for our longer trips and bc we were losing our HOV tags. All in all these are fantastic cars and we keep buying them. Can't imagine how much we are saving in gas, probably $1.600 a month since we are professional musicians and drive so much!

They called promptly and gave me information about the car but unfortunately this car wasn't eligible for a tax credit.

Absolutely love my Tesla. So much so we bought a 2nd one for the family. Smooth drive and zero maintenances in two years. Frequent software updates means I got new features long after purchase. Though I do suggest avoiding FSD. That's vaporware and will not be released in the lifetime of vehicles sold today.

I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

This is my second Model 3, both 2018s. I ended up trading my first one for a Model Y but ended up having to get rid of the Y and bought another 3. My first one was a LR Dual Motor and my latest is a LR RWD. All are amazing as long as you take the time to become accustomed to what living with an EV (and more importantly, a Tesla) require to utilize the technology and how to incorporate them into your life. It's great having up to 300 miles of range each morning with my home charging and autopilot, when used appropriately, is a game-changer for anyone to use on lengthy trips. The 2018 Model 3 is a great car, especially with gas prices reaching up to $7/gallon in my area.

Only minor problems with only one maintance/repair/upgrade visit just recently (2020) at a Tesla SC, 1.5 days in the shop. All other minor problems handled by an excellent mobile Tesla tech that comes to your house (a special service for those not near a SC). No drivetrain problems whatsoever. 1/3 the maintenance cost of an ICE vehicle, no gas cost. Gas net savings about $5,0000 over 5 years. This is an SUV with moderate dirt road capability and 9" ground clearance.

Test drive of 2023 Long Range AWD. Very smooth, quiet and fast. I'm 6-3, drivers seat best supporting ,most comfortable seat of 40 cars owned. Biggest fear is Elon Musk, in a fit of childish mischief, decide to turn all Teslas off......

The Tesla driver interface is unique, but becomes second nature and pretty good in just a few drives. Interior is very comfortable, quiet, and spacious, but a bit sparse for the price point. Performance is great but the inability of virtually all EVs to meet their EPA range estimates without going downhill with a tailwind is disappointing. Charging at home is great. The Tesla charging network works very well as does the Tesla app on your smartphone. We have seen none of the build quality issues others have previously noted. Tesla customer support for us has been good and responsive as we’ve worked through questions and bought accessories. Overall, with weight and aero being determinants of EV range, the Model Y is a very well designed vehicle. Aero drove the exterior design and weight the interior. The resulting looks are either something you like, or not, but for their purpose, they work. Right sized and shaped outside, very spacious inside. Recent price cuts made the value decision one we could live with. Compared it with every other EV of its size and very happy with our choice.
