Best car dealership ever. I have never purchased a used car, but the car I wanted is no longer made so new wasn't an option. Buick Cascada. Lance, Kali and Joe were all super throughout the whole process. The car was detailed to like new perfection. Lance helped us purchase a warranty with the car and everything came off exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Everything and more. The speed. The comfort. The tech. The protection. no gas worry. perfect. wow. wow. wow. wow. wow. beat thing ever? o ya.

This car is a technological marvel. You either get the looks or you don't. It is easily one of the coolest cars on the road despite the smear propaganda that exists. It is imperfect as any exotic is (at this point with low volume and crazy looks this IS an exotic), but a joy to drive and walk out to every day. It's like having your own bulletproof fighter plane tank and it puts a huge smile on my face. No manufacturer is willing to take risks anymore, Tesla did, and I supported them for it.

To all the haters out there ****off! Cybertruck is the most technologically advanced performance vehicle on the road. I purchased mine in early 2024 and have had no problems at all and am currently at 16,000 miles. I had an F350 Laredo previously and thought that was the pickup benchmark. Now all I remember about the F350 was the $1,000.00 in diesel cost per month. Bed Storage and towing are comparable to all pickup’s except for extended bed. Steer by wire and FSD are amazing and unparalleled in class. If you are concerned about the anti Tesla crowd, don’t buy Cybertruck. As for me, I bought Cybertruck to fit my needs and I could care less about all the anti Tesla xxxx and their pathetic hatred of Musk. $8.00 in energy cost per week and true performance will make most people true believers.

I've purchased about 10 new cars in my life and this was the best car buying experience I've had. If you're looking for an Audi, this is the place to go. Ask for Zoee Madril (Sales person). I put 53k miles on mine and still got Tesla to buy it back because it spent enough time in service to qualify. I’d definitely get another one and basically I’ll have driven 53k miles basically for free. Early production had some quirks but every time I took it in I got a loaner with free charging and FSD so it wasn’t a big deal. Rivian would give me a stanky af rental car every time and you can bet Ford, Hyundai, and Jeep wouldn’t even offer a loaner let alone a rental. Porsche and Audi level service for sure every time. I’ve owned 40+ vehicles in the last 10 years and sadly I wish there were more vehicles out there that can do Cybertruck things like drive itself, handle like a rally car, go off roading, entertain your kids, and haul all of their gear. If you don’t own one and feel the need to express yourself negatively that’s fine. I wouldn’t want a bunch of crazy people all over the road in these either.

The Motorpoint sales crew was very courteous and Rossy B. was very knowledgeable about the Tesla I was interested in. This was one of many things which made me very comfortable with my purchase along with a follow-up call to make sure everything was fine with my new purchase. Rossy answered all of my questions, including the ones I didn't know to ask. Top notch service which gives me the confidence to recommend them to friends as well as furture purchases for me and my family.

Reviews should be written by actual owners with experience with the vehicle. I’m an actual owner who’s driven 15k miles, and have owned many vehicles previously. It’s the best vehicle hands down that I’ve ever owned. The only compromise I have to make is the daily charging at home and the occasional range anxiety when I have to drive more than 250 miles which is rare. Even with that, I won’t go back to ICE vehicles. Tesla is 100% made in America by Americans. It’s leading edge tech, the only self driving vehicle, and the on only vehicles where the driving experience improves as software updates roll out. As for the extreme negative reviews, it’s mostly losers who don’t own one but want to political bash on Tesla. Trust the owners.

Having looked online for another vehicle we came across what we looking for at Orleans Ford and decided to drive up from Rochester to take it for a drive. Yes we could have bought a car locally, but there was a bit sticker shock pricing locally when comparing similar cars. As such we drove up, drove the car and there were no hidden surprises in making the deal. As such we bought it on the spot. Although Orleans Ford may not be as flashy as other dealerships in Rochester their attention to customer care in answering questions was a huge win for them! As to a flashy dealership, well all I can say is....I'm not driving the dealership home I'm buying a flashy car at a reasonable price that counts. So if your looking for home town car dealership, pricing and customer care do yourself a favor give Orleans Ford a call....its well worth the trip!
