We purchased a used Land Rover from Daniel (Cristea) a few days ago. We live 4hrs away and he and Josh the GM made the entire process painless. Daniel was very accommodating including willing to pick me up from the rental car agency when I returned the vehicle we rented to drive down one-way so we could drive our new one back home. I highly recommend him!!

This car is a technological marvel. You either get the looks or you don't. It is easily one of the coolest cars on the road despite the smear propaganda that exists. It is imperfect as any exotic is (at this point with low volume and crazy looks this IS an exotic), but a joy to drive and walk out to every day. It's like having your own bulletproof fighter plane tank and it puts a huge smile on my face. No manufacturer is willing to take risks anymore, Tesla did, and I supported them for it.

Buying this car has been a dream for me. With only 411 of them ever produced, it’s not something you just “find” it’s something you wait for. This dealership made that dream happen. From the first phone call to closing the deal, they were honest, responsive, and professional. Delivery was scheduled, but due to major snowstorms the third-party transport company had delays getting it from Oregon to Connecticut. That part is out of the dealership’s hands. They’ve stood by the sale and kept communication open the entire time. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you right especially on a rare, high-end vehicle this is the place. This is the second time I used cars.com to buy a Cadillac V-Series

To all the haters out there ****off! Cybertruck is the most technologically advanced performance vehicle on the road. I purchased mine in early 2024 and have had no problems at all and am currently at 16,000 miles. I had an F350 Laredo previously and thought that was the pickup benchmark. Now all I remember about the F350 was the $1,000.00 in diesel cost per month. Bed Storage and towing are comparable to all pickup’s except for extended bed. Steer by wire and FSD are amazing and unparalleled in class. If you are concerned about the anti Tesla crowd, don’t buy Cybertruck. As for me, I bought Cybertruck to fit my needs and I could care less about all the anti Tesla xxxx and their pathetic hatred of Musk. $8.00 in energy cost per week and true performance will make most people true believers.

Alec is amazing to work with. I have purchased 2 cars in the last few months, one for my son and one for me and I couldn’t be happier! I put 53k miles on mine and still got Tesla to buy it back because it spent enough time in service to qualify. I’d definitely get another one and basically I’ll have driven 53k miles basically for free. Early production had some quirks but every time I took it in I got a loaner with free charging and FSD so it wasn’t a big deal. Rivian would give me a stanky af rental car every time and you can bet Ford, Hyundai, and Jeep wouldn’t even offer a loaner let alone a rental. Porsche and Audi level service for sure every time. I’ve owned 40+ vehicles in the last 10 years and sadly I wish there were more vehicles out there that can do Cybertruck things like drive itself, handle like a rally car, go off roading, entertain your kids, and haul all of their gear. If you don’t own one and feel the need to express yourself negatively that’s fine. I wouldn’t want a bunch of crazy people all over the road in these either.

The sales team did a great job leasing me of an explorer within my budget! car was delivered when promised was clean and gassed up, ready to go.

Reviews should be written by actual owners with experience with the vehicle. I’m an actual owner who’s driven 15k miles, and have owned many vehicles previously. It’s the best vehicle hands down that I’ve ever owned. The only compromise I have to make is the daily charging at home and the occasional range anxiety when I have to drive more than 250 miles which is rare. Even with that, I won’t go back to ICE vehicles. Tesla is 100% made in America by Americans. It’s leading edge tech, the only self driving vehicle, and the on only vehicles where the driving experience improves as software updates roll out. As for the extreme negative reviews, it’s mostly losers who don’t own one but want to political bash on Tesla. Trust the owners.

I didn't end up buying a car this time but they were very helpful with all my questions. There was no pressure. It seemed as if they wanted to make sure that I would not get the car unless it was perfect for me.

Brought our ?23 Mini Countryman in for maintenance service. The service technician noticed a slight axle grease leak. Brought it to the service representative?s attention. Next thing we know they have us set up with a loaner Mini, parts ordered and we?re on our way. Repairs were done promptly under warranty and in four working days we have our baby back! My experience wasn’t a happy one because I wasn’t able to ride out with the car I wanted but I did enjoy my time there. My sale agent Ryan and the manager was really cool and seemed helpful. After all my years buying cars this is the first place I wasn’t able to get the deal done but because they treated me so well I left with a smile. I Still have my fingers crossed on a call back saying they was able to get me in the car I wanted. I would recommend buying a car from them.

If only more businesses were like Cupples! My mom and I were shopping for a car for her. She doesn’t like new technology so we were looking for an older model in great condition. Ross had several to choose from and we took a few out. My mom decided on a 2012 RAV 4. Since bringing it home there have been a few tiny glitches but Ross and his terrific assistant, Connor sorted them out, even coming to pick up the car so my mom wouldn’t have to worry. In fact, the selection of vehicles that Cupples had was so good I shipped one back west when I went home - Ross organized that too. It’s obvious that Ross and Connor take pride in the business and my mother and I feel very lucky to have stumbled upon what must surely be one of the best used car dealerships in New England.
