So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Picked up a nail in a tire on our way to a medical appointment. Were close to the Honda dealership so we stopped there in hopes of a quick tire fix. Thanks to Sebastian Baquero for the great service. He went out of his way to make sure we got shuttled to an appointment while they fixed my truck. Really nice guy with a great attitude.

I have a 2021 Tiguan SE 4 Motion, I have the car for over a year and with 11,000 miles. I give this car a general 4 stars. It’s a great car, very stable, great MPG, the air condition is very cold, road noise is very minimal, great driving view. Very comfortable to everyone except the driver seat, the middle armrest is low and further to the back, the door armrest is low, I have to drive with 2 small billows on long road trips. All other seats are very comfortable. The 3rd. Row is very very tight. The interior dash design is outdated, there is NO end call button on the steering wheel. Performance is good but 30-40 more horse power will definitely makes a difference. Value for money is great, but not for a resale! If you are planning to keep a car for a long time buy it. Exterior design I love it. Reliability, with less than 200 mile I had a cruise control fault, took it to the dealer it was fixed for over $1,000 but it was under warranty, two months later the problem came back again. At 8000 miles I had an engine light, EPC light (electronic power control system) something to do with the engine, and the car lost power, I took it to the dealer and there was a misfire on engine cylinder number 3. I still love my car, I would buy it again, and I hope that it will last for 10 years minimum.

I can't believe I'm writing a glowing review of a car dealership. But here goes......Hands down the best place to purchase a Jeep. Just bought a rare 2021 Jeep 392 Rubicon. Very hard to come by. I did just what the TV ad said and went right to Jay. Without hesitation he ordered me one. Other dealers were charging 10 to 20 thousand over sticker...Not Jay. Like his ad says "Come see me Jay...Don't overpay". I did (see Jay) and I didn't overpay. I picked this beast of a Jeep up yesterday and could not be happier. From the moment I walked in yesterday I was treated like I was the only customer in the store...Yet the store was really busy. Aside from Jay I dealt with Ray Powers the service manager. He could not have been nicer. Rare for a service manager to be so nice and knowledgeable. Nothing that I needed. done to the new Jeep was an issue and was done right away. As far as the delivery went Big Mike got me on the road knowing everything I needed to know about my new Jeep. He signed me up on the spot for free Sirius, U Connect and Jeep Wave. All in all I have bought at least 20 cars in my lifetime. This was by far the best experience ever. Oh...I forgot to mention this place is state of the art. One last thing that my wife noticed....2 people were running around cleaning off the seats and and tables throughout the dealership. They are taking Covid seriously. Thank you Jay, Ray, Big Mike. The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

I bought a lovely E400, which was totalled by a truck after only 4 months. I went back and they had another E400 - this time a convertable. I bought the car "as is" - however, there were some problems and one in particular I felt compelled to reach out about. They truly didn't have to do anything, however, the paid for the issue, and as well, threw in an extra that was big and totally unexpected. I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. I generally would have sucked it up and just not bothered. Vinnie even called me from home after work and the GM saw me immediately within 24 hours. I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

I just picked up a 2020 Rogue basic model with AWD, they sure have changed since my last one, in a good way. I’ve had a 2010 and a 2012 SL models. That alone says something having owned 3 now. Great crossover, decent in the snow, I’ve only had AWD models really good on gas! Very dependable!

Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

Other team members were not so great with the financial negotiation. At one point she literally almost talked me out of getting the vehicle. I felt like it was being interogated for my choice in getting the vehicle. I truly wanted to walk away but to Travis's credit and his great approach at handling customer service i decided to push through it. I have dealt with many car salesman and Travis truly is a major asset to Honda of Fort Myers. They received a sale all due to him and his guest service skills. This man deserves a raise or a manager position. He can definitely make the dealership grow in a positive way.

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.
