Bought a used Lexus from them and overall the experience was great! Got in contact with the sales person Evan and his partner JP, the buying experience was smooth and the actual price will be the advertisement price they show plus tax and fees. The only thing is that I had to wait for a long time for the finance person, but they are reliable and I do recommend them!

I have a blue Trd sport premium, 2025. So far I love this truck! It has hard plastic throughout the interior, which makes it easy to clean. Love the 14 inch screen, and the 360 cameras. Wheels on the Trd sport are some of the best looking wheels out there. If you want a few options, but aren't going off road, trd sport premium is a great option.

I purchased a 2025 4Runner TRD Pro and only in a few hundred miles I love it. I had a few 5th generation 4Runners and they were great. But this is a whole new level with the 6th generation. Great ride, comfort, technology, and capabilities is unmatched by the previous generations. The only thing I don't was the price tag. But personally, I would do it again.

I couldn’t wait to own the new model year and had to wait for months for it to be delivered. I love it. The exterior is gorgeous and interior is just enough for a 4WD SUV. The brakes are NOISY in reverse and quite embarrassing so I hope they fix that soon. It’s only in reverse and never in drive. Overall I give it a solid 4/5.

This review is based on 300 miles so reliability is really an unknown but I purchased based on Toyota's reputation. I was looking at larger SUV such as the Chevy Tahoe and Ford Explorer/Expedition. Reliability has become questionable on both so, I opted for my first Toyota. I have the SR5 which is the bottom trim level. It has all of the safety features and same engine as the other models. It's not a luxury SUV by any means but, it's functional, purpose driven and the cost was reasonable. You can go as high as $70K+ on some trims. I added 4WD to mine and it had a few small extras. Cost was MSRP and about $44.5K plus tax. The cabin is quiet, seats are comfortable. I did not get the third seat option. I prefer the large open space. On the topic of cargo area, Toyota left the third row side panels in place so, that eats up a little room. Also, the cargo floor has no underfloor storage, it's fixed. Infotainment is good, 8" screen is ample for most folk. Safety features seem good so far. Gas mileage is averaging 23mpg but, on a run at or below 70mph, you should get 25+ in eco mode and sensible throttle use. The engine seems to have a lot of power that kicks in at low RPM. Very nice. Lots. of plastic on the inside but fit and finish is good. No rattles so far. I did not purchase the car for 4WD activities but nice to have is stuck in the snow.

This was a very nice dealership with friendly and helpful staff. The salesman followed up with new regularly making sure I was still going for the vehicle. He had the vehicle ready and available for me to test drive. It was an easy purchase process. I greatly recommend using this dealership.

Experience was awesome. I had arrived with prearranged price and got the car. Process was smooth. Only down side was there was bit little pushy on the opt service? But not much at all. Overall Experience was exceptional and would definitely recommend to others to purchase here

I was in the market for the new Sienna XSE with some upgrades and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was in contact with A LOT of dealerships and they were just awful. I finally called Longo and was able to reserve a Sienna XSE that was coming from the factory, with the package that we wanted. David Fearn was awesome, he was understanding and helpful. We had a lot of question due to our previous experience and he was more than happy to help us. When the vehicle arrived we were a little afraid it would be sold from under us but again David was understanding and reassured me it would not. So we were able to relax and come in on our day off. I believe we spent about an hour finalizing everything and then drove home in our new Sienna. Its was such a quick and amazing experience, I definitely recommend Longo to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

My wife and I went in to buy a new car. Favian Frias and Edwin Lugo helped us. It was a great experience. There was no pressure and they took the time to answer all our questions before we made our decision. Once we decided, the exact car we wanted was not in stock. They worked like crazy and located what we wanted at another location and arranged to have it brought to their dealership so we could get what we wanted. Great dealership but do not believe the hype on the Mirai! Often impossible to get fuel in the San Gabriel Area. Stations are off line more often than not. It is like living during the oil embargo of the 70's with no end in sight. Spend hours looking for a station, you find one online and wait for another hour, only to experience a mechanical issue. Great car just can't drive it.

I was very happy today with my service. I contacted Hubert yesterday before he was leaving and he arranged for my truck to be serviced in the morning the next day. He took the time to evaluate the problem I was having even had the tech come in. I loved that part. We figured out the problem. Super nice, took care of it in a great time for me. It is nothing better than a happy customer. Been coming here since 2005 when I bought my truck. Keep up the good work. ?

Great experience buying my first car at Longo Toyota in El Monte. Was helped out by Simon and Brandon they are the best ! they explain everything to you and are not shady like other places. I Will no longer go to small used car dealerships that have only been bad experiences for me, and they overcharge. The short : Irvine Toyota was a very good buying Experience. I bought a used car. My salesman Was very good , (AndyV) he was very good at sending me updates of cars I might like. This actually went on for quite a while. His persistence was appreciated and not pushy at all.( no other dealer came close to my expectations). Finally I found something I liked and was ready to buy. The rest: The sale process was good, not too stressful. Yes You?re at the dealership for awhile but everyone I came into contact with was very nice! Customer service was 4??. Yes you have to go through the finance department and all that. Honestly It wasn?t that bad , they all have a job to do. After a few minutes I was comfortable with that. The finance person was very respectful and helpful. He answered all my questions. End part: I had a small issue after I received the car and came back to the service area. The service area people are friendly and very helpful. The person That helped was Samantha, she was very nice and professional. She took care of any of my concerns. The service area seems clean and efficient. Even the waiting room was comfortable. So final thought. If your looking for comfortable Buying experience, I would recommend Irvine Toyota.(I would probably make contact with a salesman before hand , so when u arrive you already have a relationship with the dealership) That?s my experience.
