I love everything about my 2017 TRD PRO Cement Gray 4Runner "except" the ENTUNE system. The Quick Text message system only works 1 out of 20 times. Not very useful when hands free safety is concerned. Dealer R&Red the Entune system, however replacement Entune has same problem. Not happy as this adds to the danger of handling a phone instead of using the Entune Quick Text while driving. The Entune system Quick Text didn't work with either of my new Samsung or Moto Android phones even after I changed phone carriers. Also the right side touch screen buttons on the original Entune system failed as well. Very disappointed Toyota. This was my second 4runner purchase. Other than the Entune system, a perfect vehicle IMO.

Love my 4Runner but the only thing wrong with it is the KDSS problems that no one knows how to fix. Light comes on in the winter and starts leaking. Dealer replaced it once and they paid the $4, 000.00 because it was the first time that they had seen this. Now it almost winter and the lights coming back on.

We were very happy with our salesman Greg and with the office staff. Greg was knowledgeable about the Ford Edge we purchased. We drove almost 2 hours to look at 2 cars and purchased one of them.

Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

Service department is thorough and makes sure all concerns are met. They asked if they could wash my car and it turned out perfect. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I’ve owned a 2022 Toyota 4Runner sr5 for around 2 years now and the whole time I’ve put that thing through basically xxxx, and it has never ever broken, or had anything wrong with it, it may not be considered a truck to some but it sure has driven better than any truck I’ve ever driven, the 4Runner is a beast

This is our fourth 4Runner since 1996. 4Runners are a supper reliable SUV. Each of our 4Runners had over 250,000 miles with no issues. I would recommend a Toyota 4Runner as primary vehicle. They are stylish, reliable, economical to own and operate.

Everyone is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and they make the buying process effortless. Jeff is the best and went out of his way to be helpful.

This 2008 is my 4th 4Runner it just clocked over 211,000 miles if you maintain them they will last a long time. I also have a 1998 with 183,450 miles it was in a garage for ten years only driven a few times a month. They are both great vehicles and I purchased both new, I’ll pass to 98 on to my grandson once he can start driving in 12 years.

I purchased a 2014 Kia Forte from Hertz car sales today and it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The employees are wonderful and the car prices are unbelievable! It's the very last body on frame bullet proof SUV. It's built like a tank is great for all types of driving situations and here in Illinois where the roads are almost as terrible as it's governor it needs to be ready to drive over potholes the size of Pritzkers rear end and handle it. I've had no problems and plan on holding onto it especially now that Toyota has taken a turn for the worse with garbage 4 cylinder turbos.

My husband and I just purchased our third used car from Toyota of Boardman and Dick Bell. We made an appointment to come in and look at the Telluride - he had it all ready to test drive when we walked in. Every step was smooth and he always goes above and beyond. We live in PA and the dealership handled all of the paperwork for us, except for the inspection - PA won't let anyone else do that. I recommend Dick Bell and this dealership to anyone looking for a car!

Not the most technologically advanced but that is what I was looking for, keep it simple! The features it has are the important ones, at least to me. This is my third one since 2011 and I love not having to bringing them in for repairs.

Two reviews below clearly doesn’t understand how having a FRAME instead of a unibody means. Take your Ford Exploder, Honda pile, Jeep Grandcrappy and flush them where they belong. The 4runner has Solid rear axle, IFS with upper and lower control arms, and a real transfer case with low range. If you are looking to stay on the pavement and pay out the wazzoo for suspension repairs if you do hit the dirt. Then go ahead and buy those “cheaper” SUV’s. If you want a true and classic SUV the way they were first built, then the 4Runner is for you. Good factory ground clearance, yet can cruise to ANY destination. Yeah that’s why we defend these. That’s why they hold there value. That’s why there nothing else on the market that can compete. I hit dirt roads every day and sometimes I can’t tell if I’m on pavement or dirt. Super smooth suspension and dependability you won’t find in any other vehicle in its class. I’ll give a wave as I pass you on the beach while your buried in the sand. You will regret buying any other so called truck.

My wife drives this vehicle and she is a small gal. She said it fits her great and rides very smooth. Gas mileage isnt the best but she doesnt drive it everyday so its not a big deal for us .

One of the last SUV’s with a real 4x4 and towing capacity. The engine and transmission lasts longer than anything similar. Not the greatest mpg but this is greatly off set by reliability and longevity.

I've owned this car for at least a year now. And the ride comfort is better than they say. It is on the road I'm impressed with the off-road. Ability of this vehicle. Love the looks and the style. I was actually looking for a truck. When I bought this but I'm glad I made my decision for the forerunner.

I had a voodoo blue for 5 years, then unfortunately totaled it last week. I LOVED this vehicle…and I am a road rep that clocks thousands of miles monthly. Yes, it’s a bit of a gas hog, but it’s about the SMILES per gallon, not the miles per gallon. If you love a square body, uncomplicated icon of a vehicle…this is it. No other justification needed. I WILL be getting another. I’m a 4Runner fan for life!

I bought my first Toyota RAV4 Hybrid in September 2022. It is a 2020 and rides like a 2022. My only complaint about this vehicle is the two tone interior. I feel like the color should be consistent. Other than that, this SUV is the total package

Amazing build quality…you can feel it in everything. The last of its kind. Buy one while they’re still around. Don’t buy if you’re concerned about fuel mileage. Trade off is drive it easily 20 yrs without replacing hybrid battery packs and CVT transmissions. Old school bulletproof reliability and quality.

From the comfort, styling and reliability I have found that my 4Runner is exactly what I have needed for years and finally found. It has the winter capabilities that are needed where I live, but still has the style and comfort of a vehicle needed for long road trips and everyday driving.

This dealership has got to have the best customer service I have ever experienced. After looking for another Dodge Challenger after my first Challenger was totaled by a drunk driver last year and searching the web I found this beautiful 2018 Challenger T/A 392 and since I was about an hour away I decided just to drive there and look at it. Upon arriving I was greeted nicely by Jerrett and even though it was raining pretty good, we went outside and looked at the car. After I inspected it and seeing was in great condition, I asked what the cost was (after seeing and hearing about how other dealers were trying to get for popular cars but not here). We went back inside and after talking for a bit (and fixing one glitch, on me not these guys) I got a great deal and drove away very happy. Thanks Jerrett and Derrick and the entire staff. My daughter bought a 2019 4runner .I was cleaning and detailing it for her and started to look it over i was impressed with the options and quality. 4 days later I had a 2020 off road premium in my driveway. I really like it already changed it some to look like I want it to wheels blacked out the chrome all said I am really happy with my 4runner

I have a blue Trd sport premium, 2025. So far I love this truck! It has hard plastic throughout the interior, which makes it easy to clean. Love the 14 inch screen, and the 360 cameras. Wheels on the Trd sport are some of the best looking wheels out there. If you want a few options, but aren't going off road, trd sport premium is a great option.
