The BEST SUV Transportation vehicle that I have ever had, typical Toyota quality with the typical maintenance costs. BEWARE the TRD Edition of when a strut goes bad....THOUSANDS OF $$$ TO REPAIR, NOT JUST REPLACE A STRUT !!!!..HOWEVER, MY MISTAKE, I purchased this to replace a Chevy Tahoe that pulls a trailer....this IS NOT a replacement for such. It is a 6 cylinder SUV for a family NOT A WORK TRUCK.

This is our fourth 4Runner since 1996. 4Runners are a supper reliable SUV. Each of our 4Runners had over 250,000 miles with no issues. I would recommend a Toyota 4Runner as primary vehicle. They are stylish, reliable, economical to own and operate.

I absolutely LOVE my 2014 trail edition! Comfortable and beautiful! Have had it several years with regular maintenance and cannot imagine driving anything else. It’s very reliable and a true head turner.

Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

My wife drives this vehicle and she is a small gal. She said it fits her great and rides very smooth. Gas mileage isnt the best but she doesnt drive it everyday so its not a big deal for us .

Traded 2023 Highlander Ltmd AWD for 2024 4 runner because it was sadly disappointing. Chose 2024 4runner before they ruin it with the 2.4L turbo & electric motors the 2025 is suppose to get. Have a 2022 4runner we love so why not have another as our second vehicle. Both are TRD Off Road models and seem to go just about anywhere you dare with surprising results Everytime ! Good visibility,great comfort, enough room and safe & reliable.

I just bought a 2008 bmw 650i from Rick. I am amazed how clean the car is overall but especially the motor. I brought it home and had a chance to take a closer look, not a drop of oil leak and even the air filter was brand new. My daughter bought a 2019 4runner .I was cleaning and detailing it for her and started to look it over i was impressed with the options and quality. 4 days later I had a 2020 off road premium in my driveway. I really like it already changed it some to look like I want it to wheels blacked out the chrome all said I am really happy with my 4runner

I had a voodoo blue for 5 years, then unfortunately totaled it last week. I LOVED this vehicle…and I am a road rep that clocks thousands of miles monthly. Yes, it’s a bit of a gas hog, but it’s about the SMILES per gallon, not the miles per gallon. If you love a square body, uncomplicated icon of a vehicle…this is it. No other justification needed. I WILL be getting another. I’m a 4Runner fan for life!

My family has bought 35 cars from carmax, never had an issue.We had some issues with some of the cars but they took care of it right away. What gained my respect for carmax is that we bought a car a HYUNDAI ELantra 2012. DROVE THE CAR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. Went to trade it in and we found out the car was in a bad car accident in the front, and that's why it was pulling to the right. We were never told that this car was in an accident. We were told that it never was. Immediately they paid off our loan and put us in another new car. That's a good company. Therefore in my opinion they are awesome

They were very easy to work with but I didn’t see the flaws in the paint in the photos online. However I love the car even though it is a bit beat up. It is a 2014 after all.

1996 sr5 4×4 I got the 4runner after my dad past away 2 years ago it's now has 321930 original miles only problem that I have with it is the front suspension my dad was give the car by his friend in 1996 with under 2000 miles on it and drove it easy over the years me not so much but with that being said my dad only did routine maintenance to is I just changed breaks for first time in it about 6 months ago now the inside of it is a little rough and it's had timing belt changed once in it. Toyota did a really great job on this 4runner I will never sell or stop driving it it one of the best and most reliable one I have ever had I would love to like to get all new but still factory font end put on but u know how it is when u have 4 kids but all in all it's is a wonderful vehicle.

I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. The 4RUNNER is an impressive car and very popular in my area. I would like to have seen more amenities that many of their other models have like: Power liftgate, auto lane safety control, lane warning lights in side mirrors, turning indicator light in side mirrors and relocate trailer plug connector further back towards the rear bumper.

So far I have bought (12) vehicles from this dealership if I’m not forgetting one or two. The last a 2023 power wagon - I love coming here everyone here is very polite and helpful. I deal mostly with Tarek and Bill and they are both very professional. I have never had a problem at the service center that I didn’t get resolved. We love the 4Runner Venture! I'm short (4'11'') and it's easy to drive. There's plenty of room. The baby gets the back seat all to herself. And with so much cargo space, our Shepherd mix dog hangs out there with the back windshield down. Everyone is happy! Plus, Toyotas are great at holding their value, so it's a great investment. It's excellent at transporting family and will eventually become the camping car.

Love my 4Runner but the only thing wrong with it is the KDSS problems that no one knows how to fix. Light comes on in the winter and starts leaking. Dealer replaced it once and they paid the $4, 000.00 because it was the first time that they had seen this. Now it almost winter and the lights coming back on.

I love everything about my 2017 TRD PRO Cement Gray 4Runner "except" the ENTUNE system. The Quick Text message system only works 1 out of 20 times. Not very useful when hands free safety is concerned. Dealer R&Red the Entune system, however replacement Entune has same problem. Not happy as this adds to the danger of handling a phone instead of using the Entune Quick Text while driving. The Entune system Quick Text didn't work with either of my new Samsung or Moto Android phones even after I changed phone carriers. Also the right side touch screen buttons on the original Entune system failed as well. Very disappointed Toyota. This was my second 4runner purchase. Other than the Entune system, a perfect vehicle IMO.

We loved our 2011 Prius but no longer needed to have a second vehicle, so we decided to sell it. I contacted 3 of the major players in this market, and I went with AutoNation. The customer service was outstanding, the price was good, and the whole process from beginning to end was incredibly easy. To be honest, we just wanted the car gone asap, and AutoNation was easy to navigate. I did everything online and made an appointment to take the car in for an inspection. The online form is really a checklist where you indicate the features of the car and what condition each of the major features is in. At my assigned time, I drove the vehicle to the store, and the representative looked over the car and revised the estimate down by a little due to a damaged computer screen (which you cannot report on the online form). (NOTE: The online form is a checklist and does not allow you to explain things much at all. That will happen at the dealership.) I liked the original price I was quoted, and I still liked the new price with the small deduction. I felt no pressure to sell at any point, and I agreed to the new price immediately. I submitted the car title (that I had brought with me), and the representative dealt with the paperwork. After about 30 minutes, he came back with all the forms and I signed. I gave him the keys, and I went home. SUCCESS! I recommend AutoNation when you want to sell your used vehicle.

From the comfort, styling and reliability I have found that my 4Runner is exactly what I have needed for years and finally found. It has the winter capabilities that are needed where I live, but still has the style and comfort of a vehicle needed for long road trips and everyday driving.
