I am absolutely THRILLED with my experience dealing with ✨ANDREA✨ at Wyatt Johnson Toyota! I recently sold my beloved Camaro in order to buy a 2023 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium, and I couldn’t be happier. Andrea, our saleswoman, was simply amazing. She was so down to earth and ✨easy✨ to talk to! I genuinely looked forward to every visit. Andrea made the entire process feel effortless and, honestly, SO fun. 🤗🤗 Just like most people, I usually despise the car-buying process, but this experience was COMPLETELY different. Andrea made it incredibly enjoyable from start to finish. The 4Runner is pristine, and Andrea went above and beyond: she made sure the gas tank was FULL when we drove it off the lot. Small talk and kind gestures speak volumes to me. When you decide you want to go to Wyatt Johnson, don’t be silly and let the front desk choose a salesperson for you! Ask for Andrea!!! You will literally want to hang out with her after! You will have to have a mini mirror session where you look yourself directly in the eyes and talk yourself out of texting her to ask if you can go to her Halloween party 🤣. Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

Brian Crowder was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional. I didn’t buy the most expensive car in the lot, but he made me feel like I was purchasing a Rolls Royce. Thank you for making my car buying experience a pleasurable one!

Just purchased by 3rd 4runner Limited. Love that Toyota is reliable and I like sitting up over looking traffic. Toyota's hold there resale value. I did not purchase the extended warranty, I've never used it previously and think it's a waste of money unless you pur a EV. Also, the dealership might try to get you to buy windshield coverage....it's already in my auto insurance coverage. Shop around for rates, usually a credit union has pretty good rates if your credit score is good. Dealerships generally run higher interest rates. Also, make sure you get 2 key fobs. Just offering some general buying tips.

This is our fourth 4Runner since 1996. 4Runners are a supper reliable SUV. Each of our 4Runners had over 250,000 miles with no issues. I would recommend a Toyota 4Runner as primary vehicle. They are stylish, reliable, economical to own and operate.

Michael Pugh was our sales representative. He was great to work with meet all our expectations. And ordered the exact Subaru outback limited xt that we wanted. Very knowledgeable of the product line. Always returned my calls even on his day off. You will be very happy with Michael as your sales representative.

My wife drives this vehicle and she is a small gal. She said it fits her great and rides very smooth. Gas mileage isnt the best but she doesnt drive it everyday so its not a big deal for us .

I just bought a 2026 Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige from KIA in rivergate. They are always very professional and make the process quick and easy. This is the 6th KIA we’ve bought. We’ve had a Cadenza, Sorento, K5, 2 Tellurides, and now the sportage. I’ve loved them all and have not experienced any problems with them. KIA continues to exceed my expectations.

This vehicle is very expensive to repair/parts. I've been hit a couple times already and the paint alone is very expensive / orange is what it appears as..

I love everything about my 2017 TRD PRO Cement Gray 4Runner "except" the ENTUNE system. The Quick Text message system only works 1 out of 20 times. Not very useful when hands free safety is concerned. Dealer R&Red the Entune system, however replacement Entune has same problem. Not happy as this adds to the danger of handling a phone instead of using the Entune Quick Text while driving. The Entune system Quick Text didn't work with either of my new Samsung or Moto Android phones even after I changed phone carriers. Also the right side touch screen buttons on the original Entune system failed as well. Very disappointed Toyota. This was my second 4runner purchase. Other than the Entune system, a perfect vehicle IMO.

It's the very last body on frame bullet proof SUV. It's built like a tank is great for all types of driving situations and here in Illinois where the roads are almost as terrible as it's governor it needs to be ready to drive over potholes the size of Pritzkers rear end and handle it. I've had no problems and plan on holding onto it especially now that Toyota has taken a turn for the worse with garbage 4 cylinder turbos.

Love my 4Runner but the only thing wrong with it is the KDSS problems that no one knows how to fix. Light comes on in the winter and starts leaking. Dealer replaced it once and they paid the $4, 000.00 because it was the first time that they had seen this. Now it almost winter and the lights coming back on.

My daughter bought a 2019 4runner .I was cleaning and detailing it for her and started to look it over i was impressed with the options and quality. 4 days later I had a 2020 off road premium in my driveway. I really like it already changed it some to look like I want it to wheels blacked out the chrome all said I am really happy with my 4runner

I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

We bought neaaly 10 vehicles over the years from Michael’s motor Company. Staff is always friendly, courteous, ethical, and honest. Their pricing is reasonable, they offer excellent extended warrantees for sale , and they always do everything possible to ensure a fair and reasonable transaction. This week, we bought a Nissan Ultima from them, and they are delivering it to our home in East Tennessee in a couple of days. How’s that for service? We only buy our vehicles from Michaels Motor Company. Here’s a learning opportunity for those of you who have written bad reviews because of the cars performance: buy an extended warranty. You’re buying used vehicles, for Pete’s sake. What did you expect?

It’s a 2023 so it only has 25’000 miles on it at this time, but I’m absolutely satisfied with the purchase. Sure, it’s not designed to be fast, ultra-comfortable, fuel efficient, but it excels in handling rough ranch roads and rough Dallas city potholes, nice narrow body for tight parking. It’s great as a highway cruiser, and the secret of the 4Runner is if you go 30-40mph over a fairly level road (AC off) you’ll hit 60mpg! Quite happy with it, a real urban assault vehicle, wish they came with a better selection of exterior colours though 👍

Throughout the years we have become like family with all the great people at Jenkins and Wynne.. Shawn Allen you are so knowledgeable and super awesome, thank you for your patience with us...we are enjoying our brand new Ford F250... I would recommend Jenkins and Wynne to anyone to who is looking for a great deal...and honesty and really put themselves out there to please...we should know we have traded with them for the past 20+ years..you can't ask for better sales and service..who treat you like a person and not a deal! One of the last SUV’s with a real 4x4 and towing capacity. The engine and transmission lasts longer than anything similar. Not the greatest mpg but this is greatly off set by reliability and longevity.

Love the car My first 4Runner that I have owned sits higher than a normal SUV .I love the lights very bright lights up the road. I have a big dog she goes in the back with plenty of room she loves that the window opens. The two negatives that I have are that my lights are not auto and the lift gate is not powered I had those in my last vehicle so I have to mentally make some adjustments. But still love the car❤️

Worked with both Robert and Seth on our purchase and the experience was great. There was a minor glitch in one of the power seats and they had it fixed before I brought my wife back to see the car. The price was also better than what I had found anywhere else. Highly recommend these guys.

The 4RUNNER is an impressive car and very popular in my area. I would like to have seen more amenities that many of their other models have like: Power liftgate, auto lane safety control, lane warning lights in side mirrors, turning indicator light in side mirrors and relocate trailer plug connector further back towards the rear bumper.

Traded 2023 Highlander Ltmd AWD for 2024 4 runner because it was sadly disappointing. Chose 2024 4runner before they ruin it with the 2.4L turbo & electric motors the 2025 is suppose to get. Have a 2022 4runner we love so why not have another as our second vehicle. Both are TRD Off Road models and seem to go just about anywhere you dare with surprising results Everytime ! Good visibility,great comfort, enough room and safe & reliable.

We love the 4Runner Venture! I'm short (4'11'') and it's easy to drive. There's plenty of room. The baby gets the back seat all to herself. And with so much cargo space, our Shepherd mix dog hangs out there with the back windshield down. Everyone is happy! Plus, Toyotas are great at holding their value, so it's a great investment. It's excellent at transporting family and will eventually become the camping car.

I've owned this car for at least a year now. And the ride comfort is better than they say. It is on the road I'm impressed with the off-road. Ability of this vehicle. Love the looks and the style. I was actually looking for a truck. When I bought this but I'm glad I made my decision for the forerunner.

There are no surprises with a 4runner. Its' safety and work horse attitude are fantastic. Be it summer with the rear window down or the deepest snow--its' a winner

The overall experience was good. We did end up purchasing a vehicle, and are very satisfied thus far. The facility was clean, but could use some updates. The waiting areas where a little less comfortable than some other dealerships we have been to recently. Would still recommend this dealership, as the feedback I would have would be how to get better and is not a complaint.
