Great car but my 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited got 42.4 mpg when new but only gets 35 mpg now. I'm 75 y/o and drive the speed limit always. Average 35 to 40 miles per hour. Does anyone know why. Dealer is no help answering this question.

Contacted Matt Spencer about selling my Toyota Tundra, didn't want to go through Certification, export/ import process. He was very informative and cautioned me about reasonable expectations for a 19 year old truck.. I drove from Hastings, Ontario to the dealership. Arrived in a blizzard, was assigned to Tyler and he was extremely helpful. they took a look at my truck offered me a reasonable amount of cash and the deal was done. Left with a check, directions to a grocery store, liquor store and hotel. The whole experience was stress free, and for such a long drive, worth it. I'll miss my truck, but I know they will make it right for someone else.

The very best non "luxury" full size 4 door. The usual Toyota top shelf fit & finish, styling & dependability. Best feature, for us, 27-36 long distance mpg in a roomy, roomy (Im 6'2") interior. Also Imao, sharper looks than its Lexus cousin.

I just got 4 new tires, and I can tell that my truck needs an alignment, and the wheels needs balancing. The wheel wobbles on the highway when I drive 80 mph. Terrebonne Ford picks up my truck at my work place and brings is back after lunch. My truck drives like it's brand new.

I have the sportier 2020 TRD and this is a flawless car (purchased a dealer car in '21 with 8k miles - I can prob sell it for nearly what I paid for it 4 years later). Roomy.. powerful relative to the price.. gas mileage is shocking.. routinely shows 31mpg on longer drives.. JBL sounds system.. People always asking me about it because of the TRD package. Looks great, drives great, Toyota reliability.. And now that they stopped making it, it's holding its value. If anyone wants a bullet proof car with a world class v-6 and a performance tune.. this is your car.

Overall this car is reliable. The the material use to cover the door handles, cup holders and console is extremely poor quality. The covering on the door handles and console have literally dissolved and the fake crom on the cup holders has cracked and has sharp edges that can cut your fingers if drinks are not removed carefully. Very disappointed, quality not comparable to price of vehicle.

Service manager Elliott Heaney did a fantastic job! My 2010 RAV4 had to be towed in for service due to a roadside breakdown on June 5. When I first talked to the service scheduler they said the soonest they could work on it was June 21. Later that day Elliot called me saying they received my vehicle from the tow service. I described the problem and the service date to him. He said he’ll try to at least get diagnostics run on it to see what the problem was. When We talked the next day he revealed the problem and said they’d try to work it into their schedule. Long story short, my RAV4 was repaired and ready for pick up on June 21. Elliotts customer service exceeded my wildest expectations and was second to none!! It was the best auto service experience of my life!! Thanks Elliott!!

Purchased my 2021 during May- this car performs beautifully, the 300 horsepower car gets into traffic with such ease, the cabin room excellent- drove to Florida from New Jersey, felt like we drove only a few hundred miles, but we drove over 1500 miles one way-would drive this car without any hesitation. Plan to keep this car for many years. With very few "full size" cars to choose from, Toyota has cut no corners on Avalon. Slightly larger than a Toyota Camry or Honda Accord but you can tell the difference. It's basically a Lexus without the surcharge of the Lexua nameplate. It's not a mass produced car so you may have to travel a bit to find what you want. If you find one, don't wait too long, as the ones that are "correctly priced" disappear fast. You also can't beat the Certified Toyota Pre-Owned Warranty. Seven years or 100,000 total miles from when YOU purchase. The 7yrs starts with you, not the original owner!!! That tells me Toyota has real confidence in their car!!!

This car is great. plenty of leg room and comfort for me and by passengers. 3 car seats fit comfortably in the back seat. The trunk is large and very good for strollers and my groceries. For a car it is prefect for my husband and myself with 3 grandkids. I love that it is not to big and the car handles easy. smooth ride.

This car has lots of legroom and a large trunk and is a pleasure to drive in town or on the open road. It has a very comfortable ride in any of the three driving modes.

We had a great experience at Performance Honda in Bountiful. They texted us some links of cars they thought we would love, and so we picked the one we liked best, was able to test drive and fall in love with it. We then had a wonderful experience with the sale. Good People all around.
