I just bought a brand new RAV4 Prime XSE from Cabe Toyota and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The team of Keonna, John and Angel were awesome from start to finish. It is a very high demand car and I had been searching over a month to find a reasonable price from multiple dealers across California. Not only did Cabe beat the best price I could find but I felt great about supporting a family owned business. Keonna and John were very helpful in working out all the details without dishonest sales tactics that some other dealers use to get customers in the door. Angel in finance continued that trend by answering all my questions honestly and not trying to pressure me one way or another. Sales person Fez was super nice, couldn?t be more helpful. The price was as advertised online with no additional mark up besides security features and warranty. The finance department was hard to work with at first. But it got better.

Zareh checked my car in for it's routine service, he was efficient and courteous. My car was ready in half the time he quoted me (awesome), and I took my car to be washed right afterwards. As I was washing my car, I noticed some caps were missing from my tires. I went back, and Zareh was the first to greet me. I told him the situation, and he immediately gave me four new caps, and even put them on my car. Zareh! You angel! Gave three stars for the facilities, they're fine. If you get there early you may even get a donut.

I recently purchased a car through Toyota of Hollywood and was taking care by a gentlemen named Ellis. I had been looking for a car for quite some time, and was hoping to find something close to my budget. Most dealerships were trying to up sale the cars they had (both new and used). Thankfully when I called in and spoke to Ellis, not only was he trying really hard to help me out through this journey, but was paying close attention to my needs and really worked with me to get a great car and a wonderful deal that I couldn't pass when comparing to other dealerships who were trying to sell me the basic version of the car I purchased from them. Ellis was extremely profession and and down to earth. He went so much out of his way to help me out, that he decided to stay an extra 2:30hr after closing time to wait for me in order to get the car, not to mention doing all the E-signatures to speed top the process. I would highly recommend this place and definitely speak to Ellis, he in a wonderful sales person to work with and really tries to help you the best he can. He is by far the best service I have ever received while perching a car, or probably in general. GREAT JOB ELLIS :)
