What I do not like Remote start: There is no option just to start the HVAC, you have to start the car. The car needs to be locked. Why not combine 2 functions - lock first, then start HVAC. After getting into the car and starting, a number of features do not work and need manual intervention: Auto setting for heated seats and steering wheel Phone no longer connects. Manual intervention needed to connect CarPlay (several taps) I have not been able to get scheduled HVAC going from the app. Multi-Information display is almost obstructed by steering wheel. And I am 6’2”. Steering-wheel buttons are crowded. Setting, canceling, resuming buttons are close together and I need to look at the wheel to find the right button. Audio volume is much easier with a knob… I had to restrict the upper range of the lift gate opening so it would not hit the garage door. Now I hit my head on the lift gate edge if I am not careful. My car came with only 1 key fob. Several months later still no 2nd fob. Heat takes a long time to come on. Lack of recording cameras, like Tesla. Knob to put in Drive or Reverse. Easy to select the wrong direction. Pushbuttons are easier. Only randomly is CarPlay activated when starting car. I only want Carplay. What I like Auto parking brake. Seats are comfortable. Easy to drive the car smoothly. Comfortable. Auto heated seats and steering wheel. Qi wireless charger Wireless CarPlay (will not buy a car without it) Rubber car mats. Overall comments: I like the car, but the interfaces in the Hyundai Kona Electric I had previously were better.

The overall process of buying my Tacoma was easily the smoothest process ever for buying a car. I have a 23' Limited and love it. Mine is a front FWD, listed for $51,700 paid $47,700. I bought it site unseen. It is a pleasure to drive. I was not looking for an EV but very pleased. Just know the 280 range is realistically 220 miles. When you turn the heat or A/C on it changes the range. That is all EVs. I have owned many Toyotas and I believe in their products. Many companies are having trouble selling their EVs, so go get a great deal. Its very fast and fun to drive.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

Pros very comfortable to drive and quiet feels like a solid heavy suv unlike most electric suvs has xmode for snow and deep snow modes very spacious inside for an ev Cons Doesnt accelerate as fast as other evs mostly cause of the weight range isnt high and charging isnt fast if any heat button is on range goes down by 70 50k for a limited is over priced for a toyota, lexus nx is cheaper

Went in there not even expecting to get anything and they were able to hook me up great deal for the Toyota Tundra. The car is 10/10 and they did some magic with the payments, making those indeed affordable. I didn’t have any expectations but left impressed. Thanx!!

I purchased a new Tacoma Truck recently from this dealership and after the first time I washed the vehicle I noticed some imperfections in the paint. I went to the service center and showed the the areas to there staff and they immediately addressed my concerns and rectified the situation in a very professional and accommodating manner.
