I got the LE but everything still feels high quality and stylish, little expensive like everything these days but still very happy with my car.

I had a good experience at the Envision Toyota of West Covina. I like the fact they help me get a car I liked and they were as well very respectful and polite with me.

I like my 2025 Camry S.E.. I think it is a nearly perfect car, except for the price of the car, which was too much. I paid nearly $36,000 for this car, but I feel this car's value is closer to $22,000. All cars/trucks are severely overpriced. The quality of the car is outstanding, the ride is taut and sporty, acceleration is more than adequate. The dealer experience was nearly traumatic! It sickens me that Toyota sales-managers can lie so easily and advertise falsely without having to spend some time in jail in an attempt to rip-off consumers!

My wife and I went in to buy a new car. Favian Frias and Edwin Lugo helped us. It was a great experience. There was no pressure and they took the time to answer all our questions before we made our decision. Once we decided, the exact car we wanted was not in stock. They worked like crazy and located what we wanted at another location and arranged to have it brought to their dealership so we could get what we wanted. The vehicle arrived after closing, but Favian drove the car to our house that night to deliver it to us. Awesome service and dedication. They made buying this car fun. I’ve owned an 03 Mustang Gt w/ a soft top The only reason I mention that is because I loved that car for the feeling I had while driving it. I get that same feeling with this car, but don’t feel like I’m in a Tin Can. I’ve only owned it 3 months and have driven 8,000 Miles, so far, it seems like the most responsible decision I could’ve made when buying a New Car.

I am a driver and I drive for a living I go through cars a lot. Jessie at Toyota in West Covina on Azusa and Manny who does all the paperwork finance me and put me in a car so that I can be a driver and continue my job. I was in distress mentally emotionally physically and spiritually and confused but Jesse knew how to help me in my crisis and put me in a brand new car Prius 2023 I feel brand new mentally mostly physically and spiritually because now I'm able to function and work for doordash Uber eats Walmart and that's what I do for a living not only that but they provide the best maintenance for my job without Toyota I would be homeless thank you Toyota thank you Manny thank you Jesse and my review is no longer five star it's 10 star 20 star top star so for those that are out there that are desperate need try Toyota at West Covina off of Azusa right off the 10 freeway this is the spot come see Jesse and Jesse will hook you up with Manny and the crew and this crew right here they treat us with high respect and they understand our situations like I said whoever reads this review I hope they take to heart the situation I have no special interest except trying to survive out here in this economical structure and it is difficult out here to survive without the tools I need and Toyota provides that if I get broken down I got roadside assistance in my car breaks down it's fixed in in automotive whatever I need for that car and for my job to get it done Toyota's got me and that's what I need there's my support team thank you Toyota and all the reviewers please take heed 😎😀

My service advisor Lee Hung stands out each time I am for a service of my vehicles. He would arrange for a shuttle ride if the waiting for the my vehicle is over 3 hours.

Victor Ramirez was the person who assisted me in the purchase of my new camry. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with my purchase or with his helpfulness and professionalism in the process of my buying my new car. Victor was very informative and provided me with all the details of the car, the costs involved. He was very patient and understanding, answering all my questions and I would not hesitate to return to him for my next purchase or refer others to him for business.

I was in the market for the new Sienna XSE with some upgrades and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was in contact with A LOT of dealerships and they were just awful. I finally called Longo and was able to reserve a Sienna XSE that was coming from the factory, with the package that we wanted. David Fearn was awesome, he was understanding and helpful. We had a lot of question due to our previous experience and he was more than happy to help us. When the vehicle arrived we were a little afraid it would be sold from under us but again David was understanding and reassured me it would not. So we were able to relax and come in on our day off. I believe we spent about an hour finalizing everything and then drove home in our new Sienna. Its was such a quick and amazing experience, I definitely recommend Longo to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

A lot of the negative reviews on this place are a bit silly. In my experience from this past weekend, if you listen to the salesperson who you are assigned, bring all the documents requested, make appointments, and come fully prepared, you will have an excellent experience just as I did. I placed a 7-day hold on the exact car I wanted, and made an appointment to come test drive it and apply for financing a few days later. I spoke with my salesperson, Jerry Neyland, a few times on the phone before coming in, and he always had the answers I needed. He advised me on what documentation to bring with me, and when I arrived for my test drive appointment Jerry has the car ready for me. We took a quick test drive, I fell in love with the car, and we started the financing application. Since I brought everything we'd need, it was a BREEZE! In total, I was maybe at CarMax for 2 hours maximum. I had been stressing over it all week, only to find out it was all so, so simple. Jerry's customer service is second to none--he was friendly, quick, and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and not once did I feel he was putting pressure on me or trying to "sell" me on anything. CarMax Buena Park gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, and Jerry Neyland gets 6 out of 5 stars! Overall an excellent experience in every regard.

Just bought a Toyota Camry from Hertz in Norwalk. We had the best salesman ever, CW you were awesome!! He was very helpful and patient with my parents who needed to replace a car due to their car being totaled in a car accident. They (my parents) have a very hard time making decisions and CW helped them weed through the choices until he found them a car that matched everything that they were looking for. I looked at 4 different vehicles and ended up with a Toyota Tacoma, car’s history was very transparent and the price for its condition was superb. Overall - very positive experience.

Honestly the best experience you'll have buying a car. My salesman Antoine Fiveash (Tony) was awesome. Non stressful environment and friendly faces.
