I couldn’t be happier about my experience buying a used Toyota from Big Two. The car was as represented on the internet. The price was really the price, no hidden extra charges, fees for cleaning it etc... Randi was personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The attention given to me while waiting for the paperwork and prep was appreciated although the wait was less than I have experienced at other dealers.

2025 Camry SE is a nice ride. It's almost luxury feeling but kinda sporty as well. Averaging 49-50 mpg. Pretty comfortable and pretty decent power with 225hp so it doesn't feel slow. Pretty happy with purchase and would reccomend it. $31k + tax

He was not out to simply make a sale, he helped to make the best decision for me. He went out of his way to assist me and I would absolutely recommend him to any friends or family looking to purchase a vehicle. I got the LE but everything still feels high quality and stylish, little expensive like everything these days but still very happy with my car.

I like my 2025 Camry S.E.. I think it is a nearly perfect car, except for the price of the car, which was too much. I paid nearly $36,000 for this car, but I feel this car's value is closer to $22,000. All cars/trucks are severely overpriced. The quality of the car is outstanding, the ride is taut and sporty, acceleration is more than adequate. The dealer experience was nearly traumatic! It sickens me that Toyota sales-managers can lie so easily and advertise falsely without having to spend some time in jail in an attempt to rip-off consumers!

I’ve owned an 03 Mustang Gt w/ a soft top The only reason I mention that is because I loved that car for the feeling I had while driving it. I get that same feeling with this car, but don’t feel like I’m in a Tin Can. I’ve only owned it 3 months and have driven 8,000 Miles, so far, it seems like the most responsible decision I could’ve made when buying a New Car.

This was not a typical dealer experience. They made my purchase quick and painless. Not pushy and very direct answers. I'm pretty sure I met every employee. Their customer service was great. Pricing was transparent. Got a great deal. No hassle and was in and out.

Everyone was so nice and helpful and the process was so smooth if you go ask for Catherine Cruz she's literally so sweet and the best!

Price was fair but they did not include the title and taxes in the listing price which would have been helpful. Also, they tried to charge me $1,200 for spiffing up the car but when I took it to my shop, they found that the air filter was filthy. They had said they changed it.

I worked with Phuong (online sales) to secure my 2022 Tundra. She was great to work with, and I got the vehicle I wanted. I BOUGHT A 2014 USED TOYOTA ON 8/19/25 AND BY 8/23/25, THE TRANSMISSION LOCKED ON 2ND GEAR AND GAVE ME CODE ERROR C1425, THEN IT CLEAR BY ITSELF AFTER TURNING OFF THE CAR BUT THE NEXT DAY IT GAVE CODE ERROR P0304 & C1425. NOW IM IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THE CAR BACK AND SEE WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO FIND OUT.

On Saturday a.m. I just went through another great 5-star appointment experience at AutoNartion Tempe....from in-depth estimate by the Service Rep to the mechanics to the finance check-out finance staff - it was efficient and professional throughout the process! Been coming here for over 20yrs...never disappointed!!

Overall I was pleased with the sales process. I was happy with the deal and received fair value for my trade-in. Paityn our salesperson was great. I did not receive any high pressure sales pitch. She was courteous, professional and was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. I'll admit I'm not a fan of sitting through the up sale for the extended warranties, hence the 4 stars for the buying process. Overall very pleased with my purchase.
