My wife and I recently purchased a new Sienna, which we enjoy driving. Last week I brought it to Byers for scheduled service since we are planning on a driving trip to visit relatives in other states. I have been saving for a new Highlander for 2 years in the color of Ruby Pearl. I went in to order my new SUV and Troy informed my because of the situation stemming from covid it could take up to 6 months to come in. Well he was correct it did take 6 month but I love, love my new Highlander. Troy kept me informed the whole time and even offered me a few other ones that came in, just in case I was tired of waiting. Recently took my Highlander in for some maintenance and a problem with the hatch. Lisa checked me in. She was very helpful and friendly. She got me a ride so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership all day. The hatch issue and scheduled maintenance got taken care of with no problem.

Getting the car serviced was great, Chris did this. Buying the car was a night mare, I had a cashiers check; and still spent 4 hours sitting in the office waiting for paper work to be completed to buy it. And I had an appointment ahead of time and had picked out the car and it was there. Furthermore there was no advance notice; I was hungry, am diabetic and became ill from the lack of food. Not a great experience on the buy side; wonderful on the service side but bad experience in buying makes one hesitant to seek service.
