I scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment with Jenner at North Austin Toyota around 12:15. I trust Jenner to handle my maintenance and repair needs. Yesterday, I shared the maintenance I wanted and the price, which seemed like a good deal. He offered me an even better option that cost more upfront but would save me money in the long run. He?s friendly, professional, and we?re building a great relationship.

I was treated so well at Toyota of Cedar Park. My sales person was Damian Denova , he was so knowledgeable , honest and helpful. I bought a Rav 4 and absolutely love it. I have had some questions since I brought it home and I text Damian and he gets right back to me and helps me with any technical issues I have with the car and Apple Car play. I was also helped one day by Jessie who was friendly and very knowledgeable. The manager Michael really made me feel like a valued customer. The car was sounding strange. Joe listened and wrote a service order for it to be checked. He also got me a loaner car to drive. He called me in the lafternoont to discuss the findings. I agreed to the repairs and that I would pick up the car and return the loaner the following.morning. It is working great now..

We bought a 2025 Rav4 for my wife, a car she had saved up for over a number of years. It is our cross country vehicle for our retirement road trips. Everyone was helpful, with a special shout out to Damian Denova. While the dealership did everything right, Damian is the reason we purchased what we did, where we did. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. He stayed in touch, let me know when a car came in he thought would interest us, without a hint of pushiness. Damian has the heart of a servant, and the gentle persistence it takes to succeed in Sales. As I told him in person, I was buying from him as a professional courtesy. Well done!

Passing through Austin, needed an oil change for my Lexus GX 460. Called the service department at North Austin Toyota and made my appointment, quick and easy. The service department was super friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My oil change took a little over an hour, quicker than the quoted time. The price was very reasonable. Overall, a very good experience. I highly recommend. Happy Trails!
