This is my first time using this dealer I would definitely recommended to everyone who wants to buy a Toyota to come here.

They are responsible. I may just take a nap while waiting. I mean a short nap because they don?t waste your time. They will guide you throw everything. Things that you didn?t know will be addressed in a reasonable way. I have to mention Mike Kim, great guy. I know it was team work for Toyota. But Mike explains everything in details and won your trust. BTW, there were many people in the hall as they were waiting for their vehicle maintenance. That is a very good sign. Customers vote and prove the quality service by their presence.

I want to thank TYLER in the collision center. I came in today afraid something might have to be painted. Instead….he was kind enough to fix the problem with a lot of “elbow grease” and quality time in solving my problem. Not only did he help me, he did it with an attitude that you don’t find much of any more. He was kind, considerate, and a pleasure to be around. Please make sure TYLER knows that although this kind of service is rare anymore, he was certainly appreciated by me and should be recognized!!

Great experience buying my first car at Longo Toyota in El Monte. Was helped out by Simon and Brandon they are the best ! they explain everything to you and are not shady like other places. I Will no longer go to small used car dealerships that have only been bad experiences for me, and they overcharge. I wanted a specific color of the Land Cruiser and when I found that is was coming in in Concord, the reservation and buying process was super easy!! I was kept up to date on the status of the car , and was able to go get it as soon as it was available. The buying process was super easy and everyone was very friendly!!

Harrison was the best, kindest, most wonderful Service Manager I’ve ever had, and I’ll be requesting him from now on. My technician Taylor also went above and beyond to fix something that has been broken on my car for years, without being asked. I actually cried. Reuben Floyd was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward our 2024 Rav4. He was patient with some of our indecision but once we got to writing it up, he was very efficient and thorough. He was also a very pleasant person that we got to know. He was focused and really cares about people. He's a very valuable employee and we are grateful that he took such good care of us!

On time reception, polite and professional representative, easy return in the afternoon. The service area has been completely redone. Very clean and the counters are all indoors now, not in the garage. Overall, about as pleasant as one can expect at a repair shop.
