This is my second experience buying a new car from Toyota of Braintree. I couldn't be happier with the professional and personal service. I waited a long time for my new Corolla Cross because of the pandemic and supplly chain issues but it was worth it. Really liked the consistancy of having one salesman. Gerry Gorham was great, knowledgeable, and interested in me and my experience. Would highly recommend Toyota of Braintree.

Clyde has always been honest, easy to work with and thorough with all the follow up details. Went to Service Department to inquire about options for my new Corolla. Mark and the Parts guy got together and figured out best solution for me. They were able to order necessary parts, schedule work for completion next day. All good.

I went in for a 50,000 mile check up on my 2018 RAV4. A very positive experience. My advisor, Will, was very nice and efficient. I waited there for my car. It?s always kind of a long wait, but it wasn?t too bad today. Nice waiting area. Free coffee.All the work was done and I didn?t need anything extra. I buy my cars from Ira also.

Upon our arrival at Braintree Toyota, we were in the "browsing stage", unsure if we wanted to buy a new vehicle to us. Affordable because the parts were warranteed. Atmosphere spic and span. Explanations clear and concise. Overall a good experience also handy as they pay for an Uber if u don?t want to wait there.
