I went in for a 50,000 mile check up on my 2018 RAV4. A very positive experience. My advisor, Will, was very nice and efficient. I waited there for my car. It?s always kind of a long wait, but it wasn?t too bad today. Nice waiting area. Free coffee.All the work was done and I didn?t need anything extra. I buy my cars from Ira also.

Affordable because the parts were warranteed. Atmosphere spic and span. Explanations clear and concise. Overall a good experience also handy as they pay for an Uber if u don?t want to wait there.

I waited a long time for my new Corolla Cross because of the pandemic and supplly chain issues but it was worth it. Really liked the consistancy of having one salesman. I drove two hours from central Maine to get a great deal on a 2019 Toyota Tacoma Gold Certified. The team that worked with me all while over email were excellent and answered all of my questions. I think we had over 40 emails. Aaron, Malcolm, Thiago and William Kusch were all excellent. They even calmed me down after I found out I couldn't drive the vehicle home that night because of Mass. dumb laws about out-of-state temp plates. I was ready to leave when I found that massive out about that issue, but they offered to drive the tacoma back to my town later in the week. This was a major disappointment in my eyes, but not from the sales team. Great work folks! J
