I was treated so well at Toyota of Cedar Park. My sales person was Damian Denova , he was so knowledgeable , honest and helpful. I bought a Rav 4 and absolutely love it. I have had some questions since I brought it home and I text Damian and he gets right back to me and helps me with any technical issues I have with the car and Apple Car play. I was also helped one day by Jessie who was friendly and very knowledgeable. The manager Michael really made me feel like a valued customer. Everyone was helpful, with a special shout out to Damian Denova. While the dealership did everything right, Damian is the reason we purchased what we did, where we did. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. He stayed in touch, let me know when a car came in he thought would interest us, without a hint of pushiness. Salesperson communicated well before and at dealership. Truck was a relatively good value. When we showed up to loo at the vehicle it was extremely dirty (sticky to touch) and had recent scratches (dealership should have fixed with touch up paint). Was good not to have to walk and find vehicle, salesperson was ready and had it out front. Test drive was easy but couldn't go far as fuel light was on. Financing was the quickest and easiest we have ever had. Salesperson communicated well until after sale then stopped responding even when I was answering his text.
