Our family has been taking our older Highlander to Toyota of North Hollywood for 15 years now and are grateful for the wonderful service we receive. Paul Carrasco is one of the kindest and most communicative service advisors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He truly listens to his customers, wants to serve them well, and has a caring heart. Before working with Paul, we appreciated the help of other service advisors who were also professional and considerate. Toyota of North Hollywood has one of the best automotive service departments I've encountered and I recommend them wholeheartedly!

I love this sporty mile and the great mileage. The black/white combination and red leather inside is superb. Only things I don't love: very low to the ground car, doesn't easily go over driveways, hits curbs a lot. Also, the tires easily shred if you go over or even brush against a curb. I've had to replace several of them so far. Also, not a good turning radius compared to my previous cars. Need lots of space to turn, as in pulling out of my driveway and getting on the road. I must also mention that there's an airbag recall on the passenger side with NO fix available at this time.

I found the car I wanted at this location and they were super helpful in getting it transferred FREE to a location closer to me so I can go in to pick up.

Getting great gas mileage, over 52 MPH avg for the year. Absolutely no mechanical issues after 26,000 miles, just routine maintenance only by the dealer. No recalls.

Love my new car :) Two feedback issues/concerns: 1. The Air conditioner in the front seats (under the display) is not as good as my past 4 model’s. The air vents are pushed to a smaller exit and that is not as good as prior Toyota designs I have owned (this is my 5th). The air vents are smaller than before with I think the same amount of air, this causes me to have to turn on/off the air more frequently. Just feels like the smaller vent is not a better solution to prior models. 2. The grill design looks amazing but should have been black vs white (my car is white) bugs show up and it’s hard to clean off compared to prior models. Things I love … interior color (red/black), display (much bigger), sun roof (much bigger),heads up display, parking assist (beep beep), the cruse control is so much better (auto adjusts to car in front of you/moves you to next lane with just a blinker/don’t have to hold the wheel tight and that allows you to just barely hold, which makes driving long distance, not as stressful), cooling seats (perfect for living in Flordia).

I can't talk enough about how amazing and refreshing this experience with him was. From the get go, Barry wasn't pushy, calm, and most importantly - he beat the rest of the competition. Bought this car new in October 2017. Initially had trouble putting fuel in it. I'd be on empty and get about three litres of fuel in it and then it would shut off and burp out some. Read the instructions inside the filler cap. Problem solved. When it was about three years old (about 2020/2021 maybe), I had a steering box problem. The dealer wanted $850 Canadian for the part plus taxes plus labour. Took it to my mechanic. He agreed with the assessment. He took the cover off the steering box and lubed it with a can of lube (was it WD-40??) and never had an issue after that. LAST TIME I'LL TAKE IT TO A DEALER!!!!! Got rear-ended in October 2023. I had 184,000 kilometres on the car. The car was totalled and I did not know it. The trunk opened and closed, the backup camera still worked, and not even a tail light was cracked, but the unibody was compromised. Drove it for another hundred kilometres before it was classed a write-off. Fuel economy for 184,000 kilometres was 4.7 litres per hundred kilometres or 50 MG (American) or 60 MPG Imperial. This was, don't forget, for the life of the car!!! Would I buy it again?? By the bones of my ancestors, ABSOLUTELY!!!!!

I bought my 2018 Camry LE hybrid early in the model year, the first year for a major redesign. It had two rather annoying rattles that I fixed myself. I'll chalk that up to it being a early production car. It has been flawless since then, averaging about 45 mpg for a mix of driving including everything from stop-and-go driving, to highway trips going with the faster of the traffic on the interstate. The power is more than adequate. The thing that would make it substantially better would be a hatchback or wagon body.
