This car is loaded. There is nothing on the lot any better. Full featured. Air condition leather seats. Birdseye view. Would love to have a prime with all these features but I have not seen one yet.

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

This car has low mileage and drives so well. Beautiful inside and out. It drives so nice and is great on gas. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Love my new car :) Two feedback issues/concerns: 1. The Air conditioner in the front seats (under the display) is not as good as my past 4 model’s. The air vents are pushed to a smaller exit and that is not as good as prior Toyota designs I have owned (this is my 5th). The air vents are smaller than before with I think the same amount of air, this causes me to have to turn on/off the air more frequently. Just feels like the smaller vent is not a better solution to prior models. 2. The grill design looks amazing but should have been black vs white (my car is white) bugs show up and it’s hard to clean off compared to prior models. Things I love … interior color (red/black), display (much bigger), sun roof (much bigger),heads up display, parking assist (beep beep), the cruse control is so much better (auto adjusts to car in front of you/moves you to next lane with just a blinker/don’t have to hold the wheel tight and that allows you to just barely hold, which makes driving long distance, not as stressful), cooling seats (perfect for living in Flordia).

The car dealership was very thorough in their inquiry. Now I know that I have to come up with $5000 down payment before I can start making monthly down payments.

Smooth drive & handling. Very comfortable-roomy. large trunk rear cupholders 3 USB ports. Great speakers for music lover local 8 mile daily commute. Great mileage. Keyless entry.

Loved everything except the ability to go through snow or ability to get up our new driveway this winter. It was useless and spent most winter at bottom of hill. For being a hybrid it had more power than expected. Filled tank maybe once a month. 🎈

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

I love this sporty mile and the great mileage. The black/white combination and red leather inside is superb. Only things I don't love: very low to the ground car, doesn't easily go over driveways, hits curbs a lot. Also, the tires easily shred if you go over or even brush against a curb. I've had to replace several of them so far. Also, not a good turning radius compared to my previous cars. Need lots of space to turn, as in pulling out of my driveway and getting on the road. I must also mention that there's an airbag recall on the passenger side with NO fix available at this time.

I recently purchased a car through Toyota of Hollywood and was taking care by a gentlemen named Ellis. I had been looking for a car for quite some time, and was hoping to find something close to my budget. Most dealerships were trying to up sale the cars they had (both new and used). Thankfully when I called in and spoke to Ellis, not only was he trying really hard to help me out through this journey, but was paying close attention to my needs and really worked with me to get a great car and a wonderful deal that I couldn't pass when comparing to other dealerships who were trying to sell me the basic version of the car I purchased from them. Ellis was extremely profession and and down to earth. He went so much out of his way to help me out, that he decided to stay an extra 2:30hr after closing time to wait for me in order to get the car, not to mention doing all the E-signatures to speed top the process. I would highly recommend this place and definitely speak to Ellis, he in a wonderful sales person to work with and really tries to help you the best he can. Rides like sitting on a cloud, but handles very sporty (lots of acceleration and corners well). Great MPG! First year of ownership (May 31, 2019 to May 31, 2020, 25,000 + miles, 47.5 mpg. In spring/summer/fall, not unusual to get 52+ mpg. Colder weather, mpg drops to 45 +/-.

Quiet, efficient, well appointed, great gas mileage — and so far (85,000 miles), it has never needed more than routine service. Excellent car that deserves the high ratings it gets!

The car is comfortable. Great gas mileage. Good visibility. The car has proven to be a great purchase. It's really tough to find a good deal on a used car. Even tougher to find a honest dealer. (is that an oxymoron?)

the XSE is perfect when purchased as an AWD hybrid. Fast and comfortable. I love my red leather seats and the electronics are amazing. Snow will not stop it. Wow!
