We had the most incredible experience at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore - Huntington Beach, CA. Barry Luke is the representative that handled getting my wife's new Honda civic LX. I can't talk enough about how amazing and refreshing this experience with him was. From the get go, Barry wasn't pushy, calm, and most importantly - he beat the rest of the competition. I personally went to the socal honda website and contacted probably 75% of the dealerships in Los Angeles and Barry's deal was the best. In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

This car is loaded. There is nothing on the lot any better. Full featured. Air condition leather seats. Birdseye view. Would love to have a prime with all these features but I have not seen one yet.

Loved everything except the ability to go through snow or ability to get up our new driveway this winter. It was useless and spent most winter at bottom of hill. For being a hybrid it had more power than expected. Filled tank maybe once a month. 🎈

Bought this car new in October 2017. Initially had trouble putting fuel in it. I'd be on empty and get about three litres of fuel in it and then it would shut off and burp out some. Read the instructions inside the filler cap. Problem solved. When it was about three years old (about 2020/2021 maybe), I had a steering box problem. The dealer wanted $850 Canadian for the part plus taxes plus labour. Took it to my mechanic. He agreed with the assessment. He took the cover off the steering box and lubed it with a can of lube (was it WD-40??) and never had an issue after that. LAST TIME I'LL TAKE IT TO A DEALER!!!!! Got rear-ended in October 2023. I had 184,000 kilometres on the car. The car was totalled and I did not know it. The trunk opened and closed, the backup camera still worked, and not even a tail light was cracked, but the unibody was compromised. Drove it for another hundred kilometres before it was classed a write-off. Fuel economy for 184,000 kilometres was 4.7 litres per hundred kilometres or 50 MG (American) or 60 MPG Imperial. This was, don't forget, for the life of the car!!! Would I buy it again?? By the bones of my ancestors, ABSOLUTELY!!!!!

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

Purchased my very first brand new car in May of ‘22 which was a Toyota Camry Hybrid Le during a time when gas was at an all time high and new vehicles were exceedingly difficult to acquire. And I don’t regret it a bit… 👍 I’ve averaged, yes AVERAGED, over 60MPG in the 45,000 miles I’ve put on the car in 1-1/2 years. My best average for a tank of fuel was 68.1 MPG and the car is big enough to suit my long daily commute needs as well as for driving around our family of 4. Learning to “pulse & glide” the vehicles hybrid system is essential if low maintenance cost & gas savings is your thing but it also has plenty of get up when needed especially when sport mode is engaged. Trunk space is great and I haven’t had the first mechanical issue since I’ve made the purchase. Bring your car in for maintenance every 5,000 miles and it will last forever. I very nearly bought a Honda Achord at the time since cars were so hard to come by but many people I’ve spoken to that also keep their cars for a long time have had major engine problems with their achords especially ones that are turbo charged. If you have never owned a Hybrid Camry, you cannot possibly go wrong.
