Love my new car :) Two feedback issues/concerns: 1. The Air conditioner in the front seats (under the display) is not as good as my past 4 model’s. The air vents are pushed to a smaller exit and that is not as good as prior Toyota designs I have owned (this is my 5th). The air vents are smaller than before with I think the same amount of air, this causes me to have to turn on/off the air more frequently. Just feels like the smaller vent is not a better solution to prior models. 2. The grill design looks amazing but should have been black vs white (my car is white) bugs show up and it’s hard to clean off compared to prior models. Things I love … interior color (red/black), display (much bigger), sun roof (much bigger),heads up display, parking assist (beep beep), the cruse control is so much better (auto adjusts to car in front of you/moves you to next lane with just a blinker/don’t have to hold the wheel tight and that allows you to just barely hold, which makes driving long distance, not as stressful), cooling seats (perfect for living in Flordia).

Getting great gas mileage, over 52 MPH avg for the year. Absolutely no mechanical issues after 26,000 miles, just routine maintenance only by the dealer. No recalls.

Best car. Gold standard. Thank you Toyota for this quality and experience! Hybrid more comfortable and reliable. If you like suv take rav4. Very soft and comfy.

I bought a 2017 Prius C from you in 2021 and have been entirely pleased with it and with Rice's excellent and courteous service, so much so that II have continued to come to you for service since I moved to Raleigh early last year. PS I especially like working with your female service managers!. They are both knowledgable and efficient. The previous owner was a smoker and I, a long time ex-smoker. It took two treatments; but your salesman managed that admirably. (I am a life-long salesperson myself and know how aggravating it is to be taken away from selling to take care of the ancillary chores!) Additionally, I hasten to add my compliments to management for your excellent phone agent, Fernando Fuentes; he is courteous, competent and accommodating! This car is everything you would want from a 4 door sedan. Excellent ride quality. Proven powerful and reliable drive train. Excellent fuel economy. I am rather conservative with my driving but in mixed driving have averaged 50 mpg in 1800 miles driven. Even though the car is in its 6th year of this model it is still a stylish vehicle. The Wind Chill Pearl paint is one the most beautiful I have seen. The leather interior is very nice and seems like it will last a long time. The seats could be a tad wider but not a deal breaker. I am 5' 11" 230 lbs. and there is plenty of headroom. I have owned Toyotas since 1990 and Camrys since 1999. I don't see any reason to own another car brand.
