An overall great service experience when ever my out of warranty Lexus needs service. Comfortable and clean lounge areas with plush chairs for waiting and plenty of connections for laptops or phones if you need to do some work while waiting. Love my new car :) Two feedback issues/concerns: 1. The Air conditioner in the front seats (under the display) is not as good as my past 4 model’s. The air vents are pushed to a smaller exit and that is not as good as prior Toyota designs I have owned (this is my 5th). The air vents are smaller than before with I think the same amount of air, this causes me to have to turn on/off the air more frequently. Just feels like the smaller vent is not a better solution to prior models. 2. The grill design looks amazing but should have been black vs white (my car is white) bugs show up and it’s hard to clean off compared to prior models. Things I love … interior color (red/black), display (much bigger), sun roof (much bigger),heads up display, parking assist (beep beep), the cruse control is so much better (auto adjusts to car in front of you/moves you to next lane with just a blinker/don’t have to hold the wheel tight and that allows you to just barely hold, which makes driving long distance, not as stressful), cooling seats (perfect for living in Flordia).

This car has low mileage and drives so well. Beautiful inside and out. It drives so nice and is great on gas. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

This car is loaded. There is nothing on the lot any better. Full featured. Air condition leather seats. Birdseye view. Would love to have a prime with all these features but I have not seen one yet.

The best car money can buy. It combines the Toyota quality with their expertise on Hybrid designs for many cars. It is slightly underpowered but not bad. The underhood components are great quality. The parts are reasonably prices and easy to find.

This is my third Toyota Camry hybrid and they just keep getting better, needless to say the gas mileage is the main reason for buying the cars,but their are other things that you will love the main thing is low maintenance,it has no belts,starter mostly fluid changes. No buyers remorse from me.

Today 9/2/2022 I purchased A car from this dealership and was amazed by the amazing customer service and HONESTY. I've been some really bad experiences with car dealership recently that made me very tentative in having any kind of dealings with Car dealership just because of their dishonesty and greed. Rides like sitting on a cloud, but handles very sporty (lots of acceleration and corners well). Great MPG! First year of ownership (May 31, 2019 to May 31, 2020, 25,000 + miles, 47.5 mpg. In spring/summer/fall, not unusual to get 52+ mpg. Colder weather, mpg drops to 45 +/-.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. 212,000 miles without a repair! Original batteries. Brakes are still excellent. Only parts replaced have been light bulbs and wiper blades. This car is a commuters dream! 37 mpg year round with enough horse power for most any driving demands. After 14 years I’m still proud to own and drive this car!

It is a Toyota, so that says a lot about its reliability. Everything works, Toyota makes the driving experience easy for you. The car is very easy to drive, comfortable to drive. A very quiet car to drive. The Hybrid makes passing by the pump a joy, it gets over 30 in the city and the highway over 40 MPG. WeatherTec floor mats have kept the car like new along with the leather seats. Lightly driven, owner works from home. Love the car.
