This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. I want to work with their best sales professional, Victor Estrada.

I had a wonder experience at Autonation in Pinellas Park. The sales associate Victor and dealership had 2 cars that matched exactly what I wanted. Everyone was helpful, friendly, personal, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me get a 2018 Lexus which I never imagined I could afford. They arranged financing and helped me contacted my insurance company to update my policy. They even offered advice for dealing with a couple speeding tickets I received during an emergency. I was able to talk about business and even some personal matters. The finance company and dealership gave me a great price, extended my first payment to a month and a half from purchase price and gave me free servicing of the vehicle at Toyota/Lexus nationwide. Extremely grateful, I am 😁

He found the full warranty information, confirmed our tire coverage, and even printed the documents for us. He gave us confidence that the 100,000-mile warranty we paid for is real and valid. Before this, we were close to selling our Toyota because no one else could show us proof that the warranty existed. Mohammed explained everything clearly and spent the time to make sure we understood the coverage and maintenance requirements. His help was the reason we kept our Toyota.
