He tells you an approximate time for it to be ready, and will check in with you durning your wait. I have used Al Hendrickson for years and never had a bad experience with the service or the staff. If any one asks who I use to service my vehicle I have no problem recommending them.

This dealer has a great variety of used name brands in great condition and made it easy to browse without having to waste my whole day jumping from dealer to dealer. Pedro my sales person was very attentive and Knowledgeable. Got me an amazing vehicle and had fun doing it. Their used car facility had entertainment for my kids and the management staff were very attentive. They earned my business!
