Overall it was a very pleasant experience working with Jason at this Ideal Cars location. They had the car I wanted at a price I could afford.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

Good driving car with many safety features. This is not a car for big people. The lady who is driving it loved the car and is excited about owning it and having it forany years.

Overall I feel like we had a really great experience. I believe I had a fair trade and they honored their word- fixed the car I purchased that had some challenges I noticed at the time of my test drive. Were pretty communicative. I definitely felt heard and taken care of at the end of the day. No pressure to write a review or give a certain rating which I appreciate. If you're expecting a bit of haggling this is the place to go. We visited about 5 dealerships this time around, looking for a used car and 4/5 dealerships were no "haggle", not that we really had to haggle at this place. We loved the price and condition of the CR-V we bought at Showtime Honda to begin with so the experience went rather smoothly. Ali A. Was great, he expedited our purchase, he was honest and he was very accessible. Ali went above and beyond expectations, considering this was our 5th CR-V we looked at, we had a couple different requests right off the bat and he rolled with our punches throughout. My 9 month pregnant wife and I were both satisfied. About the haggling, they added on a clear coat for $400 we were not able to haggle our way out of, they rest of the add-ons were easily dismissed.

Easy buying process with Jalen, but I have always taken issue with dealerships using the term the selling ?at cost?. It?s an unnecessary sales tool to pull out of your salesperson kit.
