Julian was a great salesman. Gave me some off on the price, and gave me some extra on the trade-in we had, so I got to the price I was looking for. Genuinely nice dude who was great to work with! I bought a 2019 Ford Explorer because I found their website and it was the best price.

This car has been excellent with all the safety features available. Purchasing it was also easy with the help of Paul at AutoNation Toyota in Corpus Christi, TX. Would recommend anyone looking for a car to go there.

I have always used Carlos as my service writer. He used to be at the Preston location, but moved when they did. I would recommend him because he is always very friendly and professional.

I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow! This place is called Five Star for a reason and they proved it! Thank you Hunter, Nick and Zach for making the process stress-free and thank you Kameron for the awesome deal on my new Malibu!

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

The fastest and best buying experience I've ever had. The whole process took 45 minutes for me to leave with the new car. They have a very professional staff starting with sales people to managers and lastly with finance people.

I just purchased a new Toyota Tacoma today and was beyond pleased with the experience. I used the Costco Auto Program and was contacted by Ruben Puente quickly. He provided me the Costco price (which was great btw) and provided me trade in figures quickly via email. This was super helpful as I leave 2 hours away and wanted to make sure all the numbers were buttoned up before I made the trip down. Unfortunately Ruben was off today but answered his cell phone and arranged for his peer Lee Makarwich to help me when I arrived. They coordinated well and Lee had the Tacoma cleaned up and ready for me to check out upon my arrival. Lee went to bat for me with a discrepancy with the value of one of my trade ins and made sure I got the deal I was expecting. He was very professional and took great care to make sure everything was explained properly and that I was taken care of. Kevin Tran, the Finance Manager, listened to my needs and offered a great solution for my long term ownership satisfaction. We settled on a short term/high mileage warranty and gap protection to protect me from any unforeseen expenses that may occur in the future. He was friendly, professional and a pleasure dealing with. Overall our sales experience was a five stars. The reason for the five stars is because of our car salesman Jimmy he was great. Very attentive and outgoing to earn our business. The reason for the four stars is because I hate haggling with finance for all weather floor matts when were buys a 40 K plus car.

I was shopping for a RAV4 on cars.com, and acquired about a car at Cowboy Toyota. Luis Santos replied and was helpful and professional. He knew I was shopping at other dealerships, and he helped me work quickly to get to favorable terms. For whatever reason, most dealerships will not negotiate a final price by email and want you to go through the hassle of coming to their place to negotiate more. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota did not do that. He took my emailed offer to his manager, and we wrapped up negotiations quickly so that I knew I was coming to their dealership simply to purchase the car and fill out paperwork. Once there, Luis helped the paperwork go smoothly and had the car clean and ready for me to drive away. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota made what's usually an unpleasant process pleasant again. I was searching for a new/used car. I used Cars.com to search for a Toyota Highlander. Carmax in Ft. Worth, TX was one of my choices. The car shown online was EXACTLY as shown when I saw it-the pics and details provided about the car were so accurate, there wasn't a need for alot of "wheeling and dealing". I emailed Carmax regarding my interest, late at night. Not only did I receive an email within 1 hour, the next day I received a phone call from Mr. Ben Arbour, the person who would eventually sale me the car. He walked me through their process, got me pre-approved over the phone, so that all that was left to do when I got to the office was to get the trade-in value on the car I was trading, test drive the new car & sign paperwork to purchase. I bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander that was a 1 owner car with approx. 13,700 miles. I recommend Carmax to anyone looking to get another car. They were great!!! The customer service is GREAT!!!
