I recently had the pleasure of working with Service Advisor XO Garcia at Atlanta Toyota (2345 Pleasant Hill Rd, Duluth, GA), and I must say it was one of the most outstanding customer service experiences I’ve ever had. XO was exceptionally courteous, cheerful, and professional throughout my visit. She went above and beyond to keep me periodically updated on the service status, ensuring complete transparency and comfort during the entire process. What stood out most was her ability to efficiently handle multiple customers simultaneously—all with the same cheerful demeanor and positive attitude. Despite managing a busy service lane, XO maintained an impressive level of attention to detail and personalized care. I also had the opportunity to share this positive feedback with Terry Meder, Customer Relations Manager, who immediately accompanied me to meet XO and her reporting manager, John, to personally acknowledge her excellent service. This truly reflects the strong team culture and leadership at Atlanta Toyota. Kudos to the management for cultivating such a professional, customer-focused, and cohesive team. Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

I bought my CR-V at the Eco park, the process was very fast and efficient. And I'm fully satisfied with the car condition. But one day after buying the my car, a warning appeared because of low tire pressure. So it is the only disappointing part the entire buying process.

I needed a battery and front struts for my vehicle and was given an itemized list of repairs the mechanic would recommend. Courtney in the service department is a professional who listened to my concerns. Everything was done on time and at a good price. Very satisfied.

Everything was fine except, of course the long wait time. However, this time when I got my truck back it had an unpleasant odor in it. I drove home with the windows down and then washed the floor mat and it's much better.

I call to inquire about the car and Jonah told me since I was traveling so far to look at the car he would have the keys in his pocket and have the car ready to inspect when I arrived. The car was exactly as they had advertised it to be and had a a fair price . The fact that they do not charge any add on fees or hidden charges is why I deal with Cobb Toyota. I purchased the car and will buy again from this dealership.
