New and used 2025 Toyota Corolla SE for sale near Bellerose Terrace, NY

Armond was wonderful sales representative. He did a great job reading the situation and no pressing to hard, which made the decision easier to buy from him. He made certain everything was in order when we decided to move forward on the purchase; and was straight forward with figures.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

Our interactions with both Allen Tam and Kenny Tung have been fantastic and memorable. They were professional in their dealings , knowledgeable, prompt, and respectful of the new car buying experience for our 2021 Toyota Venza limited blueprint vehicle. will absolutely return for future purchases at this dealership especially because of the great bargain we received. We greatly appreciated Jeff Canlas' straightforwardness. We do a great deal of research before purchasing a car and knew what we wanted and the price range we would consider. He was one of very few salespeople who provided us with a detailed breakdown of pricing and who didn't waste our time by promising things he couldn't actually deliver. We have no patience for bait and switch dealers. Jeff stayed in touch, let us know when a particular car in which we had an interest was actually on the lot and even stayed open on New Year's Day to enable us to see the vehicle in person. We asked for some consideration on one small add-on and he made that happen as well. The pricing was right, the trade-in offer was fair and it was a pleasure to work with a person who didn't "play games" but just delivered what was promised. We would recommend Jeff and his dealership.

Reliable, trustworthy seamless buying experience. I had just gone through 3 terrible car shopping experiences with dealerships that employ the bait and switch tactic, were generally dishonest, and tried to push inventory that I had no interest in. Island Toyota was the polar opposite experience. No xx, no trickery, just straight shooters who made the buying experience enjoyable and trustworthy. The staff was incredibly professional.
