My only ?gripe? is how long it takes for service especially when I make an appointment in advance and don?t just show up. I was there for almost 3 hours, on a Monday afternoon. The sales team was easy to work with. The car was waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Given the current Corona virus crisis, everyone was wearing face masks and hand sanitizer was everywhere to be found. Everyone was kind, courteous, and patient. The finance team made everything straight forward, and we were able to conclude our business and purchased the car in a very short period of time. I'm very satisfied with our purchase experience, and would recommend this dealership.

You buy a land Cruiser you have certain expectations 1. The Toyota techs know more than you 2. You have a nice experience when getting your $60,000 car serviced which includes coffee, a comfortable seat etc. Ira fulfilled these simple expectations and went well beyond. Unfortunately, Jaffarian wasn?t able to do either. While I would buy again from Jaffarian, I?ll never go there for service, one should be just as good as the other (buying/servicing) but in this instance it?s not. If you have to drive further to get service, it?s absolutely worth it to go to Ira. You?ll be happy you didn?t make the initial mistake I did
