Beth Hicks service dept was amazing very sweet and helpful she is the best if you need service go see her. I traded in my honda for a Rav 4 Philip Hicks. What a. Smart young man and friendly got me in my Rav 4 fast.. And the main man. Ken Hicks wonderful to deal with this is the 5th time I bought from him and will always do so.. The whole staff is A++++++

I’ve purchased and leased many cars over the years, but nothing compares to how smooth, fast, and enjoyable this process was. From the start, my salesman Goksel was outstanding — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the entire experience stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, set up a test drive right away, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The signing process was lightning fast — paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, and before I knew it, I was driving off in my new car. They even offered me drinks and snacks during the process, which was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel really valued as a customer. I also want to give a special mention to the General Manager, Travis. Reliable, trustworthy seamless buying experience. I had just gone through 3 terrible car shopping experiences with dealerships that employ the bait and switch tactic, were generally dishonest, and tried to push inventory that I had no interest in. Island Toyota was the polar opposite experience. No xx, no trickery, just straight shooters who made the buying experience enjoyable and trustworthy. The staff was incredibly professional. Tommy the lot attendant greeted me in a friendly manner, and helped me with a minor problem. We had a chuckle as well. Michelle greeted me warmly, addressed my concerns about a tire issue, escorted me to the lounge area, and said she would text me with updates. Lori and I had a nice chat before I settled into the lounge. Michelle came to get me to talk to the tech Adrien who reassured me about my tire concern. Everyone was professional, helpful, respectful of my concerns. I cannot imagine better service anywhere.
