Terry was quick to return all inquiry calls, was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, helpful in navigating toward the final decision and patient in setting up the Toyota app from my phone (which was not cooperative). Since I requested a tire rotation on my last visit along with an oil change, the dealer said I didn?t need it because they said I didn?t need it. I just got back from a 2000 mile trip. My problem was that I asked for a rotation & usowhen the customer asks for it, usually it should have been done. I?ve owned the car since 2021 & the tires were never rotated. After my review on the website, I received a call & then was sent a free tire rotation certificate. I was very upset but they did the right thing after I talked to a lady.
