It was by far the best car buying experience I’ve had. Raymond specializes in used cars. I told him what I was looking for and my budget. He had the perfect car for me waiting to look at and test drive. It’s like I had picked the car myself! I didn’t even need to look at anything else. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was happy and comfortable with everything I highly recommend Raymond and this dealership. Everyone was so very nice

I did not buy anything, but when I visited the dealership, I found the employees to be friendly and helpful. The salesman I worked with was Mark and he was very nice and responsive. Despite the fact, the dealership was extremely busy that day, Mark came and met me within a few minutes of my arrival he was able to juggle several customers at once and allow me to test drive the vehicle I was seriously looking at.

Walked in to Toyota of Surprise. Met up with Jacob Product Specialist. I’ve been a Loyal Toyota customer for 20-plus years. I also am in sales for a Restoration Company. First thing I noticed was Jacob was extremely professional. Very I’m pressed with his knowledge of the vehicles on the lot. I felt really comfortable and calm through the whole process. Also he has supported me through the sign up process which went smoothly and fast. He is management material in my opinion! After many searches for used Tacoma, I finally found the truck we wanted with outstanding and friendly service. I drove from Cleveland Ohio to look at a truck and was not disappointed. The truck is what J. R said it would be. He responded to my email even on a holiday. He kept me in loop of process of truck and I have to say it was easiest car buying experience I have ever had and kudos to finance department for her outstanding and knowledgable service

I was from out of town and found a vehicle listing online for a used 4runner at classic Toyota. I reached out and worked with Charlie who was super responsive and helpful! The vehicle was a popular vehicle that had several people interested. He was very patient as I asked for photos, videos, and regularly bugged him about the status of the vehicle. I ended up being able to buy it! The transaction went very smoothly and I'm very happy with the car. They didn't try to add a million additional fees. Just the cost of the vehicle and a standard doc fee (always included in car sales). The car was very clean, in good shape and had a full tank when I left the dealership! I'd definitely consider buying from classic Toyota and would happily work with Charlie again as well!

I had just retired in May so I was looking for a 2021 Venza very hard to find one with the car shortage.so on the way back from my lake my wife and l decided to look at the dealer in Fergus Falls and there it was the color and options we want it .I called Monday morning and talked to Pete what a great experience buying the car and the financial person was great to get us the best deal possible.Peter then spent time with us to set up the electronics on the car and made sure all are questions were answered. thanks again Pete your are the best
